Un seul gros défaut

Rien à redire sur l'emplacement, la structure du logement et l'accueil. MAIS il manque la climatisation, qui, vu le climat de l'été, rend le séjour difficile... C'est une donnée à ne pas oublier.

Séjour idéal pour profiter du soleil, de la mer et de la piscine

Nous avons passé 3 semaines de rêve durant le mois d'Août 2022 à la Napoule au sein de la Résidence Islette du Riou dans ce très pratique et bien placé 3 pièces. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder à la mer, aux commerces du petit village mais également aux transports comme le train. Nous avons profité à la fois des plaisirs de la baignade (mer et piscine dans la résidence) mais également des visites dans les villes environnantes et les villages typiques comme Mougins, Eze, St Paul de Vence,... Merci à Franck pour son accueil et ses bons conseils ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison...le soleil en prime !

Séjour magnifique !

Bel appartement moderne, refait à neuf et bien agencé, dans une résidence propre et bien située. Le grand balcon et l'accès à la piscine privée sont un vrai plus! Tout peut se faire à pied. Franck est un hôte chaleureux et très à l'écoute envers ses locataires. À refaire !!

Great accommodation in a great location.

The hospitality was great, so was the apartment. Everything is very close. Restaurant, shopping center, train station, parking. Our vacation was simply fantastic. I would love to recommend it to everyone, we will be back for sure.
