Another wonderful holiday in Mandelieu!!

it is the third or the fourth time we come back to this apartment in Mandelieu, and this says a lot!! brilliant accommodation, location, surrounding facilities...very helpful hosts...totally recommend!

Dejlig lejlighed nær Golfbane og havn

Dejligt område med lukket pool. Dog var det halve af poolen for dyb for de fleste. Tæt på golfbane og havn samt fine hyggelige spisesteder, bus og tog. Lejligheden var fuldt ud udstyret. Lille minus. Ved ankomst og afgang skulle det hele foregå på fransk.

Top Lage / Schöne Anlage

Das Apartment liegt in einer tollen Lage, man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt, wo es viele Restaurants und Bäcker gibt. Sehr leicht zu erreichen in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und groß, hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen! Das Apartment ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Majid und seine Frau waren sehr nett beim Empfang und super Freundlich und immer Hilfbereit! Von uns gibt es nur 2 "negative" Punkte : 1. Ein 2ter Ventilator wäre super im Apartment. 2. Es sind sehr viele Katzen in der Anlage. Wir wurden nie gestört und die Katzen kamen auch nicht ins Haus. Es sind die Katzen von Bewohnern im Gebäude. Bei uns war nur das Problem dass meine Frau schwanger ist. Wir haben Frederique benachrichtigt und es wurde sofort und sehr hilfreich reagiert. Wir waren sehr zu frieden jedoch ist für eine Familie die einen schönen Sandstrand sucht La Napoule die falsche Gegend.

Séjour très réussi

Merci aux propriétaires de leurs attentions : papier toilette, distributeurs de savons liquides dans douche, produits ménagers. Générosité appréciable ! Appartement très agréable, lumineux, très bien équipé dans superbe résidence arborée, très propre. Piscine magnifique, grande et chaude. On a adoré de pouvoir tout faire à pied, la plage et les courses au village de La Napoule qui possède tous les commerces. Nous avons laissé un commentaire dans le livre d'or sur place. A améliorer : les volets roulants qui grincent. Malgré les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs à l'immeuble ne permettant pas les grasses matinées, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci pour l'accueil et tous les équipements, surtout le sèche-linge bien appréciable.

Appartement bien équipé et propriétaires attentionnés

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Le train, les commerces et les premières plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Pour notre part, nous prenions la voiture pour accéder à des plages plus aérées. La piscine est gigantesque, agréable dans la matinée, mais bondée en fin d'après-midi en août. Une climatisation aurait été appréciée pour les jours de canicule. Les propriétaires sont accessibles et à l'écoute des vacanciers.

Also sauber ist anders. Mussten erst durchwischen,weil überall Katzenhaare waren. Die Gartenmöbel ,alles voller Katzenhaare. Bei offener Terrassentür kamen die Katzen. Hätte jemand eine Katzenallergie , wäre dies unmöglich gewesen,sich in dieser Wohnung aufzuhalten. Ansonsten war alles da,was man bräuchte. Die Lage gut.

Un bel appartement, très bien situé

Notre séjour s'est bien passé. C'est un joli appartement, très lumineux avec une belle vue sur des jardins et une piscine très agréable. Il est très bien situé, près de la plage et le superbe château de Napoule qui surplombe la mer, où nous avons assisté à un mariage. Soirée magique! L'appartement est bien équipé - seulement il manquait des explications écrites pour le fonctionnement des appareils. Ce n'est pas toujours évident par exemple quand on n'a pas l'habitude des plaques à induction.

A lovely flat, brilliant view over the swimming pool! We had breakfast on the terrace watching our daughter swimming...The kitchen is very well equipped, the flat is big and we had loads of space ...The residence is very well maintained (strict rules!!). We explored the region, going as far as Genova and found some gem little villages but also breath taking big cities. All in all, a 5 stars holiday.

Great apartment, great location!

I can certainly recommend staying at this vacation home, but as I explained to Frederique, the orientation to the place and location needs to be more complete. The biggest mix-up was about the location of the parking - we never found the right parking spot! A visible welcome sheet would have helped, as well as a warning about the roaming cats! But in the end we were sorry we had to leave and like to come back

Nice terrace, good handover with keys, assistance with wifi, owner was available as needed. Secure complex, car hire essential. Not newly refurbished, some wear and tear however appropriate value for money. Well equipped kitchen, good swimming pool for the summer.

Situé dans une belle résidence, appartement bien équipé, calme, lumineux, terrasse donnant sur un parc arboré, plages, port petits commerces et centre du village historique de la Napoule à moins de10 minutes à pieds. Commerçants très accueillants. Accès facile au super marché à 1 km. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

très bel appt, très bien situé (plage à 10mn à pieds), très bien exposé (tjs de l'air qui circule), très bien équipé, résidence et piscine entretenues impeccablement, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires, petit bémol pour le parking sous terrain qui a une hauteur limite de 1.95m (inaccessible avec le coffre de toit) mais cela reste un détail (stationnement extérieur possible) ! Adresse à retenir et à recommander ! merci !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement était meublé avec gout, très lumineux et dans un cadre calme (La proximité avec la voie ferrée n'est pas dérangeante). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la literie récente et de très bonne qualité. L'appartement est très bien situé et permet de se dispenser de la voiture si on le désire. Nous pensons le louer à nouveau dans le futur.

"L''appartement est super...

"L''appartement est super sympa et super bien décoré. Ce rez de chaussée donne face à la piscine avec une terrasse qui fait tout le tour et s''est fort appréciable. Par contre, nous n''avons pas eu de chance : - volet roulant cassé dans le séjour (réparé en 5 minutes par mon mari) - lave linge en panne inutilisable - fin de course du volet roulant de la cuisine réglé à mi-course - portes accordéon mal fixées Là s''arrêtent nos soucis propes au logement. D''autre part, nous avons trouvé dommage que la télécommande portail/garage ne nous permette de ne sortir de la résidence que par le portail du côté de la résidence. Ce que nous n''avons pas trop apprécié également fû le suivi : Lors de l''état des lieux d''entreé, tous ces problèmes ont été constatsé par la personne qui nous a remis les clés. Elle nous avait alors inqué que som mari viendrait dès le lendemain ou le sur lendemain pour tout réparer. Si mon mari n''avait pas réparé lui-même le store, je crois que nous aurions passé le séjour avec cette baie vitrée condamnée. En ce qui concerne le lave linge, nous avons appelé la personne sur place le lundi et avons attendu qu''elle nous rappelle mais en vain. A force d''insistance quotidienne, le réparateur est enfin passé le vendredi matin pour nous annoncer que l''appareil était à changer. Malheureusement, ces mésaventures nous ont un peu gâché le séjour et ne nous permettent pas d''avoir un avis très positif sur un appartement qui aurait pourtant tout pour plaire. Peut-être faudrait-il y revenir à un moment où tout est opérationnel car sans ces problèmes, l''appart est super. "
