3 bedroom penthouse apartment near Cannes in the South of France - Huge terrace

This fully air-conditioned large three bedroom penthouse apartment is situated on the select development of Marina Parc. The lounge and all bedrooms open onto the main terrace which is very large and has magnificent sea views over Cannes. It also has views of the on-site swimming pool, the gardens, the marina and the new children's playground. The apartment is within a two minute walk of numerous restaurants, shops, hairdressers, massage & beauty therapist and supermarket. Within Mandelieu there are two golf courses, tennis courts and good bus services. The beach is a 15 minute walk away along the riverbank that runs alongside. The location is ideally situated to explore the Riviera coast from Italy to St. Tropez, including Nice, Antibes and Monaco. Further inland the enchanting hilltop villages and towns of the Alps Maritime, including Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence and Eze are only a short drive away. For the more adventurous, skiing is available at Isola 2000 which is a 1 1/2 hour drive away.

A new addition in 2020 is our Laundry room with full size washing machine and outside sink available to our guests.

Great Views: a lot of visitors have commented about the great terrace & the superb views from the apartment.

Very good place, lots of space, clean, many towels and extra sheets and blankets, good kitchen and dining room and living room. Would be helpful to have basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and soap. As well as laundry detergent. Daniela was very helpful and quick to respond. I will stay here again

Schöner, heißer Urlaub

Das wichtigste: die Klimaanlage ist top, getrennt für jedes Zimmer Gold wert!!! Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Bilder von den Bädern wären gut gewesen. Auch über einen Hinweis über den extrem langen Weg von der Garage zur Wohnung hätte ich mich gefreut. Dann hätten wir auf alle Fälle weniger eingepackt.Gottseidank war der Transportwagen vorhanden! Und was sehr gefehlt hat, war der angegebene Grill. Leider konnten wir durch die extreme Hitze den tollen Balkon kaum benutzen. Der vorhandene Pool aber wurde ausgiebig benutzt! Danke für einen sehr schöner Urlaub !l

Die Wohnung ist ideal für bis zu 6 Personen. Schöner, grosser Balkon. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch sehr nahe an der Autobahnabfahrt.

Rooftop incroyable

L’appartement est sans aucun doute celui qui bénéficie du meilleur emplacement de toute la résidence de la marina. Il est au 6e et dernier étage et bénéficie d’une terrasse immense bien orientée sans vis à vis et qui donne sur la siagne . L’appartement est dans une résidence avec piscine et est lumineux et spacieux. Au bout de 20/25 min dune jolie promenade le long de la siagne vous atteindrez la plage Robinson, une plage en face du golf, qui est familiale et assez jolie. Il y a un box en sous sol ce qui est tres pratique, meme s’il faudra marcher un peu avec les valises pour rejoindre l’appartement Un Spar et un Monoprix se trouvent à proximité pour les courses L’environnement est calme même si à proximité de l’aérodrome de cannes. L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé il manquerait pour être parfait un peu plus de vaisselles (bols/verres/assiettes creuses/plateau) La décoration est simple La climatisation efficace et silencieuse un bbq nous a un peu manque La literie est correcte Nous avons passé une excellente semaine

Très bel appartement, spacieux, agreable à vivre en famille,

Volume et espace balcon terrasse top qui permet de profiter de la vue et aménagé pour se détendre et y manger. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles en 5 mn. Piscine agréable. Le parking est un peu loin, neccessaire de s'organiser au départ et à l'arrivée pour les bagages.

We stayed at this apartment for a week (4 adults and 3 children). It's a lovely bright place well equipped altough a few more utensils are needed. Careful with the kitchen worktop which is supposed to be made of a marble but it only tries to resemble it. There is a nice playground and outdoor fitness facilities as well as a good sized pool. The walk to the beach is around 20 mins or even more but not worth a visit, you will be better of taking a car to one of the nearby towns. The location is great for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco, it takes much longer to get to St Tropez as the roads are constantly jammed. One thing I must mention I didn't like was the manager's attitude towards the guests. This person should take a lesson in hospitality and manners. Due to the traffic and some change of plans instead of 4PM we arrived at 8:15PM, we were given the quickest check in ever as were told and were 'welcomed' with the words 'I had to leave my wife at the dinner table'. I work in the travel industry and must say I was shocked. We were even told to find somewhere else for the night if we are late but I refused saying we have two small children and it is his job to meet us. Barbara, August 2012

On a Saturday in August in France the traffic can be terrible. This lady made a fixed rdv for 4pm. At 3 30pm she changed it. She said 6pm would be OK. At 5 30pm I called her and she still was in Italy shopping . She then said she would meet me at 7pm . I waited until 8 35pm then she called me to say she was arriving. If she was so concerned about her 2 children then she should not have taken time consuming excursions to Italy . She should have made the apartment check in her priority. Airport delays are one thing , but somebody going on a wild trip is another. Visit the sights at a time more suitable . The very same lady promised to leave the place clean-- which was not the case ! old food in the fridge, old bread in the cupboard, floors filthy, windows filthy, crumbs and food on the settee. This lady should have booked a hotel with a 24hour reception instead of a self catering apartment, but did not want to pay for this!! Please, Please, do not visit this apartment again.

Highly recommend

We LOVED this place. It was my first time using this site and using a rental apartment. We had 5 adults and one child. Accomodations were perfect!!! Bedrooms are private, all have access to terrace. Terrace and view is AMAZING! Size was great! Complex is kept beautifully! Apartment is kept up to date with all necessary features. Parking is private, complex is secure!!! I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Cote!

took our two small children and my parents away. Fabulous apartment, wonderful views, very relaxing. Apartment had all facilities required for a self catering break for all the family. lovely walk to the beach and found great restaurant on the way only 10 minutes walk from apartment- all good!

A really great stay.

We had a fantastic holiday here in August. The apartment was superb and the whole complex has a real luxury feel to it. There are loads of places to visit nearby and the views thoughout the region are stunning. Would recommend the apartment to any family wanting a holiday where they can choose the pace of life !
