Check-in was easy , pool was closed even though the listing specified it would be open until October 14th and we booked specifically for the private pool, the tub in master bedroom was out of service, the place seemed as if no one had been in there for a very long time, there was no mess but there was mouse poop on all the beds and in kitchen cabinets by the pots and pans, there was mold behind one of the chairs in the room, the walls and doors had marks all over as if they scraped it with furniture or something in that nature there was a really bad smell as soon as you walked into the place, location was ok. Communication was good I was able to cancel right away and get a full refund.

With no notice or explanation beyond, “the well ran dry” our vacation (booked a year in advance) was refunded and cancelled- 12 hours before the 15 members of our party were due to leave. It was a really terrible experience and although Evolve was great on the phone, there was no booking we could find to match our original listing given the little amount of time we had to do it.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the huse was very spacious but we were disappointed with the care of the house (mirrors were broken, icemaker didn't work) and the furniture was worn out and uncomfortable. Another disappointment was the kitchen was poorly equiped--all the skillets burned everything and we had to go out and buy foil pans to make things in the oven. For the cost of this house we were expecting something better equipped and in better condition.

Ideal Setting for Reconnecting with Distance Family

Great for doing activities as a full group and space for smaller conversations- two living rooms with comfortable seating, huge game room with couches, and large patio by pool. The long dining room table holds the buffet food. We had a wonderful time together in a delightful setting - great parking too. Hosts were quick to respond to questions.

Great ladies weekend - lots of memories made!

House was bright, clean and ready for us, manager John was very accommodating and allowed for an hour early check-in. Our group of 18 adult women (for a team building retreat and training weekend) had a fun time and made a lot of great memories. Plenty of parking for 8 vehicles, a spacious home, and great 'gathering' area for meals. The heated pool was enjoyable and the wifi was consistent. Every room had its own heat and AC control which was nice. A few glitches and suggestions were shared with the receptive owners John and Theresa, such as lack of hot water for 18 ladies' showers, a few kitchen appliance issues, a couple of leaks, not enough barrels outdoors for 4 days of trash, inability to get the Patriots game on the Roku TV setup, and getting locked out late the first night (due to not being instructed to lock up with keypad versus doorknob button) but given that it was recently purchased by the current owners, and it is still a work in process, I'm sure they will address all of those issues for the next person, (contractors were already being called by John the day we left) so we would definitely come back. Thanks for having us and being receptive to our feedback! Definitely a great option for a large group to be together but also be able to spread out.
