So great
The condo was exactly what our family of 4 needed for a ski vacation. Great ski-in-ski-out location and easy walk to the lodge too.
Morton & Furbish was very attentive, with great communication leading up to and during our stay.

Nice stay!
The condo was perfect, right on the slopes with excellent views. Our boys, 9 and 11, loved the loft. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back.

South Branch Stay
The condo was clean and comfortable with outstanding views. EVerything worked well. The communications from Kaitlyn were excellent. We had trouble getting up the steep road into the condo, due to our car having only 2 wheel drive. The service had it sanded Sunday AM and we were able to get out. It might be helpful to advise folks renting in the stormy winter about 2 wheel vs 4 wheel drive. One additional note- the deck was full of snow and looked like it had not been shovelled since the start of winter. It was a sunny day and if it had been shovelled, we might have sat out there with a hot chocolate. Overall- 5 star!

It’s a great little ski in/out condo at Saddleback. It’s small, I would only recommend it for a maximum of 4 adults.

Another Amazing Saddleback Ski Trip
We had another wonderful stay at the South Branch Condos. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was available upon arrival, and made our ski trip that much more relaxing. The ski in, ski out convenience can't be beat.
Can't wait to go back next year!

Ski in-Ski out is the best
Love renting from Morton&Furbish for our annual trip up to Saddleback. The condo is perfect for our family of 4, and being right on the slopes is the best. We can have a relaxing day on and off the slopes, and enjoy amazing views form the condo. Highly recommend staying with them.

Ski In and Ski Out
We loved this place! The locker room for our ski equipment was a nice feature. Being able to ski from lodge to South Branch Quad was the best. And, a quick ski back from lodge at end of day was so convenient. We loved the gas fireplace. This condo was just right for our little group of three . Probably a couple more people would be okay, too. The deck wasn't shoveled and it was icy snow but we were fine with that. We could enjoy scenery of mountains and lake from windows it was nice to have back stairs to get to locker area. Thank a for a great couple of nights.

Very nice
It was overall nice except the multiple lights went out and blew out. The ceiling lights above the loft went out and the light above the TV blew out. The lamp light on the left of the downstairs bedroom also fused out.
I wasn't able to write on the paper provided as there wasn't a pen I could find. I'm not sure how else to notify the apartment owners.
The house was really nice overall.

Skiing for four
My husband, adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed in the cozy condo for a long ski weekend.
The property is in a great location at Saddleback, with ski in/out access. The unit is small, but very clean. It has what you need for a short stay.
The second bedroom is actually an open loft. It's fine for adults, but the stairs too out are not suited for young children.
I'm giving this four stairs because of the living rooms. There is only enough seating for four. Furniture that fits the space would help.
It's a great spot for four people, any more would be tight.
