This is a traditional townhouse in Hida Takayama built in 1887 Features a front lattice dirt floor skylight sunken hearth and courtyard Inside the facility there is a lot of charm that makes you feel the time such as old agricultural tools that were used in the past Equipped with new facilities such as highspeed optical wifi 32inch Android TV air conditioner room hot water heater winter only washing machine and dryer etc so you can spend a comfortable time When you travel to Takayama how about staying at a machiya with a deep taste that has been passed down through the years

12km to Takayama Station 140m to Miyagawa morning market 550m to Sakurayama Hachimangu Shrine 250m to the old townscape Located in the center it is an ideal base for exploring and sightseeing in Takayama City It is also convenient for sightseeing in Shirakawago Okuhida Kamikochi etc

An amazing experience. I felt like I had been sent back in time to rural Japan. Tatami floors and a historic old world feel. Great price. It is an old home so it can get drafty. There are lots of heaters, but bring warm clothes if you come in a cold season. Perfect location. Literally one block from the historic town center. And it's right next to the morning street market.

Walking in it feels like you are stepping into an antique or an old movie, especially with the murals and artistic touches. It's better though because you have the modern conveniences of a full kitchen and laundry facilities. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The location of this home is within walking distance of the morning market, restaurants and the loop bus. Communication with the manager was very thorough and prepared us well for check in. Plan on using a translation app for instructions on appliances and notices throughout the house.

清掃も行き届いて，綺麗ですし アメニティもしっかりされていて すごく過ごしやすかったです。 台所用品もキッチンペーパー、台拭き、食器洗いなどもしっかり用意されていて、助かりました。 リビングの電気が少し暗かったですが、それはそれで雰囲気が出て良かったかと...☺️☺️ すごく寒い日に行ったので、底冷えしましたが，ガス暖房のおかげで快適に過ごせました。 立地もよく、朝イチや古い街並みにも簡単に行けて、素敵な岐阜旅行になりました。 風情があって，すごくいいお宿でした。 代表者さんも清掃の方もすごく良い方で、おかげさまで安心して過ごすことができました。 次岐阜に行く時も是非利用させていただきたいです。ありがとうございました

この度は大変お世話になりました。 とても綺麗で、ゆったりとくつろげる家でした。トイレやお風呂もきれいで、石鹸、シャンプー、リンス、調理器具や調味料もある程度そろっていたので助かりました。 また、立地場所も観光地のすぐ近くなので、夜の静まりかえった景色や雰囲気を散策でき、十分に楽しめました。近くに飛騨牛の肉屋さんもあったので、美味しいお肉を自分たちで焼いて、贅沢させてもらいました。 とてもコスパの高い旅行になりました。またお世話になりたいです。 ありがとうございました。
