Good location. Within walking distance to downtown area. Comfy beds and pillows. Very clean with basic decor. Some wear and tear beginning to show (stove drawer dented/warped)

Great space and location

The location was walking distance to Broadway and other points of interest. The layout of the rental unit was perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable. Traffic and sirens were heard at night; earplugs helped tremendously.

Good location, property is nice

It was great overall, but the floor needs cleaning, and the towels need either whitening wash or replace, the white hand towel was literally dark grey in color. It will be great if the following are provided as well: shower floor mat as the floor is very slippery, a shower floor rug and hot pads in the kitchen. Otherwise, we love the layout of the apartment and everything else.

The actual unit was very nice and the walk Broadway or the Gulch were not bad. Also very Uber friendly. Our main issue was the noise of the highway and nearby fire station. It was so loud I kept thinking the window was open but it wasn’t.
