Location was great. Loved the fact we had a safe place to park our car. Only a few minutes walk from broadway. Building was clean. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities were true. Could have used some hanger and towel hooks and another shelf in closet to put luggage on.Over all very nice place.

Nicely outside the downtown crazy :)

Came for the Rock & Roll Marathon, and to explore Music City. Unit was clean and well-appointed and in what seems like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Everything worked. Access to the rooftop lounge and view for late afternoon snacks was a bonus treat.Rooms were ample although wide angle publicity photos made them seem a little bigger than reality - but no complaint. Would stay again.

Great location, .9 miles to Broadway! Clean building with nice amenities including a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown, outdoor “yard-like” space, year round pool and included parking.

We were in town for a concert. Very happy with the location and its proximity to Broadway. It was a walk, but the scooters made it worth it! Space was excellent and bed comfy.

Nashville Gem!

This condo was absolutely perfect! The courtyard and social area are charming, and the pool with its clubhouse is just the right size. The interior is beautifully decorated, and it's only a 15-minute walk to all the excitement on Broadway. We've added this to our favorites and can't wait to return!

The property is overall nice and a good location We enjoyed the terrace on the upper floor. Plenty of room for the 2 couples. However, it is time for an update on the Living area sofa, the mattresses need to be replaced, bed linens and towels are ready to be replaced. Just time for a refresh by the owners.

Trip to visit Vanderbilt

The property was nice, clean and in a good location. Easy walking to downtown, restaurants and other things one might need. Exercise room was an excellent bonus. Our only complaints are with the towels. They were thin/old/rough and the AC did not get to the bedroom areas well. Otherwise, it was a good experience and a safe, well appointed unit.

Great location, close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect if you will be spending time on Broadway. We walked during the day and at night and felt safe. The surrounding area is nice and clean. The communication with the host was easy and all instructions were accurate. You can tell the condo has been hosting for awhile, but overall it was clean. There was a funky smell in the refrigerator when we arrived, but we did some minor wiping down and it was ok. We stayed with another couple and found when we had both bedroom doors closed at night the AC didn't circulate well so we were all hot. The linens could do with replacing/upgrading as well. Those were just minor annoyances, but our stay overall was great.
