Bathrooms NEED places to hang wet towels. Need some hooks or towel bars. At a minimum a hook by the shower to hold the towel for when you get out. Had to leave towel on floor outside the tub. Kitchen had just the basics. Could use a few more items. Unit has a musty/mildewy smell when you walk in.

There’s two towel racks, one inside the shower and one on the wall. We guarantee all Our cleaning so not sure what the smell Might have been but we have had no complaints until you. I’ll make cleaning aware

Overall the place was good and great that it offers private garage parking and close to Broadway… Cleanliness was fine, but either the previous people didn’t do the greatest to clean up or the cleaning company doesn’t do well. The fridge/freezer, the toaster, the Keurig needed some tlc before use.

yes everything was great except the sofa. But truly it doesn’t matter where you stay. The furniture is used a lot. It was clean just wore down on both ends.

The sofa is only a year old but we discovered after you left that the renter before you had pulled out the sofa bed mattress which made it difficult to sit on so we fixed it

Nice quiet place to stay. The walk to Broadway street was not bad going there but we took an Uber back since we walked quite a bit for the day and it rained some. The neighborhood felt safe. Not too many restaurants nearby but we found the Pinewood Social Club which was a neat place. Overall would recommend to stay there if you like to be off the beaten path.
