Welcome to our stunning new home in Downtown Nashville. Featuring over 1,200 square feet of space, perfect for large groups or families to experience the energy of the music capital. Offering the best city skyline views right from your balcony. Centrally located six blocks from the legendary music scene "Broadway", short walk to the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium and much more this lively city has to offer. Spend your day relaxing poolside and your evening soaking up the nightlife
The space
Large open living room with an easy to use queen sofa bed and queen Murphy bed. Enjoy our private patio with a stunning view of the city. Kitchen has all the essentials needed to bake, cook or create cocktails. Main bedroom has a king bed with walk-in closet and a gorgeous view of the city right from your comfy bed. It has a large private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen trundle bed with a twin. The second full bath is right next to bedroom. Washer & dryer in unit if needed.

Wendy, our host was very responsive. Parking was easy once we figured out which entrance to use. The phone app to open doors was convenient. The unit was spotless and very well stocked. Easy uber rides to get to fabulous restaurants. Pool was crazy crowded on Friday and Saturday though. I would highly recommend this condo

Where to begin….we were there for a weekend for a concert. The property was everything we wanted, needed, and more. The property was spotless, so well stocked with EVERYTHING we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the skyline view from the balcony was gorgeous, the property is located close to everything. We would come back here in a heartbeat. It was a 10 out of 10!!!!! We are a family of four who stayed for 5 nights at this excellent VRBO. We used the pool, fitness center, cooked meals and enjoyed the unit balcony and amenities. Every detail has been well thought out - towels, dishes, laundry, etc. We walked to downtown 2x a day and back and took Ubers to a few other places further out. Super easy, clean, beautiful, relaxing. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay downtown with free parking. Loved the view from the condo. Building is very clean, condo was spotless and had everything you’d need for a few nights in Nashville. The owners have done a great job providing things for a girls weekend! My husband, son and I had a few laughs wearing the hats and glasses!

Everything was exactly as described! Clean, fun decor, and plenty of space! We had everything we could need. Wendy was wonderful to work with! She was very accommodating and flexible with check-in and provided suggestions for local places to dine! Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The condo had everything we needed and more! The host was very accommodating especially with our early arrival (ex. ability to store our luggage and early check-in). The condo was very clean and had lots of fun touches like the cute makeup mirrors. The area around the building wasn’t the best however it was close enough to everything that getting Ubers was no problem. We would definitely recommend staying here!

WONDERFUL

My girlfriends and I have enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything one might need for a stay in Nashville. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Great location. Accessible short Uber ride to Broadway Street and also walkable to eateries and wine venue. Decor is perfect for Bachelorette parties, and also comfortable for a family. Pool is inviting with cabanas and comfortable lawn furniture.

Luxury condo in Nashville

This condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was well maintained, stocked with needed items, plus more. Plus you have use of the amenities of the building including the pool, fire pits, and the gym. All areas of the building are very nice. Entrance into the parking garage, building, and condo are secure with use of phone app which makes it easy and convenient. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

This place is ideal for a girls weekend! We loved all the amenities including the bridal hats and heart shaped mirrors!! Very clean and comfortable furniture! Beautiful newer condo with amazing views of the city. Very nice and secure building. Fantastic communication from owner. No notable issues, but the one small thing that came up during our stay was resolved by maintenance literally within minutes. I was there for a concert, but this is THE spot for a Bachelorette party. "WOOOO!"
