Foi nos passado por celular que não forneceria apenas toalhas, então pensamos que lá teria todos outros utensílios. Mas não tinha nem cobertores, “embrulhamos com lençol”, nem buchas para lavar louça, na churrasqueira não tem grelha, não tem bebedouro de água, no mais foi isso!

Em resposta as observações da hóspede Sara: [15:59, 21/12/2021] Vera: Boa tarde Sara [16:00, 21/12/2021] Vera: Aproveito para lembrar alguns itens que constam no site VRBO: Check-in a partir das 14 horas do dia 27.12.21 Check-out até 10 horas do dia 02 de janeiro 2022. Só não forneço: toalhas de banho e rosto, cadeiras de praia e guarda sol. Demais itens tem no apartamento. Peço que usem máscaras(devido pandemia de covid) nas areas comuns do condomínio. Prefeitura já liberou uso de máscaras em lugares abertos e sem aglomeração. [16:01, 21/12/2021] Vera: As chaves vcs pegam comigo. Moro no mesmo prédio que alugaste. Rua dos Lordes 550, ap 102. O que alugaste é o 202 [16:01, 21/12/2021] Vera: Peço que me avisem quando estiverem entrando na ilha que liga a ilha ao continente, assim em sei que em 30 minutos estarão aqui. [16:01, 21/12/2021] Vera: Boa viagem pra vocês, venham com Deus. Feliz Natal e um ano novo cheio de realizações a todos. - print acimaédo meu whatsap de 22.12.21) Mando sempre esses aviso antes do hospede vir para cá, pois sei que a maioria deles não lê todos os ítens do anuncio do site do VRBO; não é culpa do site que, aliás , é bem completo. No anuncio tem todos os ítens fornecidos pelo imóvel, mas tem que ler todo anuncio. Coisas que não constam do anuncio: -cobertores(em pleno reveillon, fazia muito calor aqui- havia lençol e sobre lençol) -na churrasqueira tem espetos -bebedouro tb não consta do anuncio. A hospede se esqueceu de colocar que: -chegaram e ocuparam o imóvel ao meio dia, sendo que o check in é a partir das 14 horas(ver whatsapp de 22.12.21) -no site e no meu whatsapp de 22.12.21 foi informado que não forneço cadeiras de praia, mas ela pediu e eu forneci. Seria bom reconhecer os benefícios recebidos e só reclamar depois de ler o anuncio completo do site.
