The property was clean and well maintained and the hosts supplied it with everything we needed plus added a few nice touches we didn’t expect. It was within easy walking distance to town and the Bow River/Falls Trail and Tunnel Mountain Trail.

We had an exceptional stay at the ugly bunny! Everything and more was provided - very clean and organized with clear instructions for everything! Location is awesome, easy walk to town and can hop right onto the highway. Highly recommend!

Our stay got off to a great start with Caylen greeting us on arrival. We were shown the property and left to it. Everything was inside that we could have possibly needed, including wine and a basket of goodies for breakfast. The 10 minute walk into town meant we could leave our car and everything was at our fingertips.

Amazing location and host. The unit has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is fantastic with a less than 10 minute walk to Banff Avenue and the nearest ski shuttle stop (Mount Royal parking lot). All in all a fantastic experience.

Hosts were so warm and welcoming, they had everything sorted for us (even ice cleats for walking around Banff). The house was immaculate. The location was a stones throw away from town centre, and right in front of an amazing view short hike (tunnel mountain trail). We loved every minute of our stay here.

Lovely guest house in a secluded spot but with an easy walk to the town. Extremely well-stocked kitchen. Very clean yet cozy. Nice touches everywhere with an abundance of seats and hooks and even fresh granola. Owners were very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hosts, we enjoyed our time and great location to walk to downtown, the Bow River, and other sites... all within 5-8 minutes of the house. great amenities and hospitality.... thank you to Caylen and Les for all the extra personal touches and info to make our first trip to Banff awesome!

We had a lovely time at the Ugly Bunny Guest House. We appreciated the extras - homemade bread, jam and delicious granola. You can tell they have pride of ownership. The location is close to downtown and walking/hiking trails.

Banff lives up to the hype!

Ugly bunny guest house was just perfect for my husband and myself during our visit to Banff. Everything detail was considered — from some breakfast options in the kitchen to laundry detergent to get our clothes clean! Great meal recommendations and a very easy walk to everything we wanted to do in town made the stay AMAZING!

Ugly bunny is a cute bunny

Stayed 2 nights and loved it. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Place was very clean. We got lots of goodies like oatmeal, fresh bread and jam, etc. Took 5 min to walk to town. Great location. Would stay here again.

Wonderful experience!

Caylen and Les were gracious, helpful hosts and provided delicious bread and granola, along with other extras. The guest suite was very clean and in a great location near town and a beautiful trail system. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
