Absolutely loved this air bnb ! Everything about this place was great. Location was everything for us especially being that we were not going to be having a car and walking everywhere. Bourbon street and all other streets like canal street were less than a 10 min walk. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone ! The view and all the amenities included were great! 10/10 experience!

#412 is beautiful!

#412 is beautiful! It was very clean, well decorated, and is located in a great spot in the city (steps from a few restaurants). When we arrived, we found a paid parking garage just steps away from the building entrance (owned and managed by a different company at $30/day and was definitely worth the cost to avoid street parking). We reserved the condo last-minute and the guest services team was very responsive, friendly, and helpful (thank you, Maj and Rachel!!). Inside the condo we found a digital guide that welcomed us by name, gave local recommendations, allowed us to check-in, and gave simple check-out instructions. It was very user-friendly and made our stay so easy! The black out curtains throughout were great and we enjoyed the view of the city morning and night. I'm the Director of Guest Experience at a vacation rental company in Florida and (admittedly) my expectations are pretty high.. we had a great experience and would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you, Sextant team!

just okay

i liked the location. it was in a quite neighborhood and a short drive to the popular streets and parks. the smells though throughout the building was terrible. also the electronics in our suite did not work and no one responded when we reached out about the issue. overall stay was fine. the room was slightly worn down but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. i just wouldn’t recommend due to the terrible odor.

Noisy and poorly managed

We encountered numerous issues. Most notably was how noisy the adjoining rooms are. One party was so loud between the hours 12-4:30 am that my children were woken up. Management told us that they couldn’t do anything about it because it was a private residence. Also, the description of the property is inaccurate - it is not 2 kings. Instead, it’s 1 king and 1 queen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Other issues included: - no parking in front of building to be able to unload. - never saw anyone to valet - obvious water damage throughout the entire first floor and no one gave us the heads up - the lobby was so loud you couldn't hear the 'checkin' person on the iPad - the door code didn't work initially - the intro text mentioned cheap parking at the convention center which is half mile away - neither shower had shampoo in the container - the tub shower was not properly rinsed beforehand which made the tub extra slippery when entering - none of the interior doors could close properly or lock. - toilet was not cleaned upon arrival.
