This was a great property to stay at. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and conveniently located to downtown and the airport. This place had everything that I needed and it was awesome to have the garage to use. Definitely come back to stay again.
Clean, comfortable, and especially like parking in attached garage.

Great place to stay
Was visiting Boise for a week. Couples retreat was centrally located to get to Boise and Meridian easily. Every thing was thought of for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Bonus was Jim came by out of his way and helped us with our dead car battery.

We had a wonderful stay in Boise. The place looked exactly as pictured. Easy to find. Quick drive to all locations we wanted to visit. Kitchen was well equipped. High point- the side trip to Sawtooth Winery!
Great VRBO!
This property had everything we needed. It was very clean and thoughtfully set up for our arrival. The little courtyard behind the home was perfect for sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore downtown Boise; conveniently located near the Boise Connector and I-84. This place was perfect, the price is right, quiet neighborhood and Jim ( the owner) is very hospitable and looks after you. We highly recommend this spot!!
The apartment was great. Well stocked kitchen, towels, etc. Central air was a godsend in 100 degree heat. Had a little trouble with wi-fi but was fixed quickly. Really quiet neighborhood. Good value.

Thank you, Kathleen. We hope you can make it back soon.
We took a weekend trip to Boise to visit our youngest grandson and booked the Boise Bench which is perfect for two or one. It was very clean and nicely laid out with a few nice additions like: a bottle of wine, huge tv screens, cute patio, washer/dryer and a garage for our car. Jim, the host, answered questions and was very kind. When we go back to Boise- this will be home!

Hi Curtis, thanks for taking the time to leave this review and we're glad you enjoyed our place and the patio. We always look to provide guests with the best experience at our home. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience. We always provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, we apologize the toilet paper was simply an oversight by the cleaners. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your visit. We look forward to having you back!
Some difficulty getting the access code...
After that it was smooth sailing. Access to the property was easy. Low traffic area and extremely quiet. Parking in the garage was a nice addition, as most rentals are street parking. Lots of room for two people. Walk in closet gave plenty of space in the bedroom. Reclining couch was so great after spending a day running around town. The rental is on the end which gives a person space.
Fabulous! Just fabulous!!! This rental is in a nice, quiet neighborhood & we will definitely stay again! It was super clean, is laid out really well and just perfect for two people. The house is one side of a two unit duplex but it’s very private and we didn’t hear the neighbors once. It has a one-car driveway & nice sized, attached garage that’s easily accessible. There is also plenty of additional parking on the street. The unit is all on the ground floor, which was great for us! The recliner in the living room is super comfortable and we felt like we were in a movie theatre with the big TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics, the fridge is nice & big and the washer and dryer are both full sized. The bedroom is big, has a large walk-in closet with plenty of hangers, which was great!! The patio off the bedroom is large, private & a nice place to relax. Jim, our Guest Contact was wonderful, responded very quickly to all our questions & was great to work with! Thank you for listing this property! It’s a great place to stay!!!!

An amazing place to stay, centrally located to everything. Being a single woman, I especially liked the garage and the safety it provided when coming in at night. The host lives close by and is easy to contact if there are any problems. Can’t say enough good about the rental.
Inside was amazing truly looks like In the pictures! The bed was really comfy would like to know what kind of mattress you bought haha! Felt like a true home and not like a hotel or something like that! Also very close to a lot of things! Thank you
