The Cozy Bear Cabin is the perfect home away from home for a small family looking to experience a quiet Big Bear neighborhood. You'll only be a short drive to Big Bear Village and local entertainment. This two-story property offers plenty of outdoor space and a comfortable interior for you and your family and friends to relax.
LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1100+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. New upgrades include newly painted cabinets and gorgeous tile work in the kitchen and restrooms. Offers plenty of outdoor space and a comfortable interior for guests to relax.
ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, and half bath. Living room has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, record player, and PlayStation will keep you entertained while you wind down in the evenings. Enjoy the jet tub with a relaxing bath. Board games and card games. The property features a unique pellet-burning stove. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Back patio with propane fire pit, gas barbecue, giant Jenga game, giant connect 4, cornhole, and tetherball in a huge, fenced yard with a hammock to relax in. Lots of room for the kids to play!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
