With 20 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, these two villas can accommodate up to 40 adults + children. Each home has a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a Nespresso cappuccino, latte maker, and soda stream to make your own sparkling water or soda. NOTE: No non-registered guests or local visitors are allowed without prior approval at least 14 days before arrival. No music outside that can be heard more than 60 feet away is allowed (mobile phone only speaker/volume allowed), and completely quiet after 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends (as in every residential community). Max 7 vans/autos allowed (for each home 2 in the driveway, 1 on the road, and no parking on grass) plus 1 van/auto in guest parking.
