First we arrived to the community and paid extra for early check in but was never sent a QR code to access the property so that early check in fee was pointless and should be refunded. Second we arrive and the property seems vey nice but not one room had a fan which was very odd. Secondly the kids wanted to go in the hot tub and the pool and the hot tub was broken with no heat. The outside TV was broken didn't get replaced until the night before leaving. master room downstairs had no remote so no tv in that room. about 1/2 of the outlets did not work and the sink disposal smelt like a dead animal no matter how much soap we put in. The Moana rooms door handle fell off as soon as we opened the door. Dinner time was around the corner and the stove handle fell off when opening it. It

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the entry issue, our team resent the QR codes twice and promptly assisted with access through a phone call to help ensure you were able to enter the property successfully. We would also like to clarify that pool and spa heating is an optional add-on and was not included with this reservation. During your stay, our team also arranged for the outdoor TV to be replaced after the issue was reported. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. Some additional concerns were only brought to our attention after the stay. We encourage guests to let us know whenever an amenity or maintenance issue arises during their visit so our team can investigate and assist as quickly as possible.

Breathtaking house with an "at home" feeling! The house was gorgeous. I chose it because every room was themed, not just the kids rooms. I was a celebration of birthdays with the youngest turning 1 and the oldest 70. We had a blast!
