$60/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire reservation)
December through February due to cold weather this large pool takes up to 48hr to heat up so please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heated
The spa gets warmer than the pool and the pool heats to a warm temperature of around 90 degrees

Guest Access:
You have access to this private villa as well as access to Encore at Reunion's Full Service Restaurants & Bars. The restaurant also delivers to the villa ;-)

Encore at Reunion is an incredible fully loaded luxury gated community centrally located to all of Orlando's major attractions.

Getting Around:
You can Uber from the Orlando International Airport (MCO) or rent a car through Turo or one of the many rental car providers at MCO, 26 miles, 30 minute drive. There is parking for 4 vehicles in our driveway.

***Note: No Parties allowed. $1,500 Penalty Fee for violations or parties reported.
***Note: No Pets allowed inside of the property. $500 Penalty Fee plus all costs to clean/restore the accommodations if unauthorized pet is found on the property.
***Note: This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.
***Note: This property has Noise Aware installed inside the property that checks and notifies us regarding noise levels especially starting by 10 pm.
***Note: Do not pull the Fire Alarm if not necessary otherwise, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the Fire Dept. visit
***Note: Rental Property Agreement is required to be signed up with a valid government-issued I.D after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result to the cancellation of reservation without refund.
