The elegant and fully stocked kitchen is open to the spacious living and dining areas which are flooded with natural light. The dining area comfortably seats 10 people and the island in the kitchen seats 4. The living area with a 65" TV and fireplace is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating for a large group. There is a half-bathroom, laundry room, and one primary bedroom on this floor, which has a king bed and private bathroom.

The second floor includes another primary bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. A middle bedroom with another king bed and a private bath. The third bedroom on this floor features a king bed with a bathroom shared with the bunk room which has a set of two twin bunks. The four bedrooms with king beds all have 55" TV's. The second floor also features a well-appointed balcony off the second master bedroom with outdoor seating and sofa swing. Perfect space to enjoy the views of Carlton Landing!
