This is the second home we have stayed at in Carlton Landing and the property did not disappoint! The home is exceptionally beautiful and was large enough to (more than comfortably) house our party of 13! The kids loved the bunk rooms; the downstairs play/game room was a perfect place to hang out, and nights on the patio can’t be beat. The house sits high up in the community which provides beautiful views of the lake. With close proximity to the pool, we were able to walk comfortably to get a swim in. The home’s amenities were great - games, outdoor equipment like pickleball sets and footballs were in the home. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to prepare a good meal plus some items I haven’t seen in rentals before: air fryer, blender, more silverware than I could count!We did experience an emergency of sorts, but the community response was great and the home management company was responsive. I would 10/10 recommend this home for a large party with kids. Did I mention a hidden room under the stairs? The house was a hide-and-seek dream.
