This cozy, 1-bed, 1-bath cabin for 2 is more than just a place to rest. It’s a place to spend intentional, quality time. If it’s atmosphere you’re looking for, you’ve found it. Exposed log walls and old-time architectural touches are an endearing novelty for city slickers coming for a real Colorado Rockies experience. The enclosed, furnished gazebo is an extra-special space for meditation, romance, or valuable time with a friend. The location is ideal for exploring the region’s riches.
The Space:
Welcome to your fairy tale log cabin tucked among the evergreens. Step inside the split-rail fence and follow a pathway lined with tiny lights to your front door, noticing along the way a whimsical gazebo-shaped structure just steps from the main house.
As you step into the cabin, breathe in a room designed to mirror the refreshing mountain heights with a high, peaked ceiling with wood paneling and exposed beams. Log walls provide a rustic backdrop to a comfortable, contemporary sitting area with soft, inviting furniture, a TV, and fireplace. A screen door leading to the back deck permits the circulation of fresh mountain air.
At the opposite end of the room, an expandable leg table with two chairs provides a space for intimate meals or a relaxing game of cards. From here, you have an unobstructed view into the wide-open kitchen with its country-white cabinetry and the full-size appliances you’ll need for home-cooked meals, including a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. You’ll also appreciate the addition of a coffee maker, water filtration pitcher, and cooking utensils.
Your bedroom is a snug haven with exposed log walls, a queen bed draped in a country quilt, a ceiling fan, and a tremendous double-wide closet. Hotel-grade linens are professionally laundered after every visit. The bath is appointed with contemporary fixtures including a spacious, glass-walled shower stall. Tucked inside a cupboard outside the bedroom, you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
When you step onto the deck from the main living area, you’ll find yourself perched on a wooded slope with a set of stairs leading to ground level. The deck provides a comfortable, private space for cuddling or enjoying casual outdoor meals. A cushioned bench is perfectly situated in front of a mini-firepit, and you’ll also find a pair of comfortable chairs and a table.
Just steps from your front door, you’ll find the jewel of the property: a fully enclosed, furnished gazebo with windows all around. Enter through a sliding glass door and find a bright, flexible space suited to a wide range of activities. Enjoy a tufted sofa, a café table with seating for two, a ceiling fan, and a bar cart. Let the sun flood through the wrap-around windows, or pull the blinds for privacy. Finally read that book, or create your own wine tasting. The room is yours.

Fantastic place to stay with your honey. We enjoyed lovely mornings drinking coffee and visiting with the neighborhood mule deer. The property really is a gem and we will definitely be coming back to stay again.
Cabin is clean, comfortable and close to everything! Gorgeous cabin that fit us perfectly! Best location for enjoying Royal Gorge, Garden of the Gods, taking in the breathtaking sights!
I stayed in this property for a quick mountain getaway during some time off work. It was a cozy spot for just one guest, but two would be comfortable here too! The place was clean, easy to access/find in a little mountainous suburb, and not too far from Manitu and Woodland Park if you forgot something important and need to head into a town.
Get cabin. Very clean. Great location for our needs. One improvement would be living room furniture comfort.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay! Everything was as promised and there were no problems or negative surprises. It was very clean, well maintained and the location is great - for both the cabin experience, and the location close to many mountain activities!
Suggestion: an additional floor/table lamp in the living area, and repair of the fireplace.

Glad you had a nice stay! We look forward to hosting you again soon.
My sister from upstate New York came and spent my vacation time with me.. It was absolutely wonderful. We even saw a black bear walk down the street right in front of the cabin. Cabin is centrally located to all the sites .. Green Mountain Falls is the best. Perfect lil diner "The Pantry" such a wonderful time..

Couldn't make the trip but we'll check again in the fall later this year. Thank you!
My wife and I just returned from Colorado where we stayed at the Wine Gazebo. We loved the small log cabin and found it to be clean, comfortable, and reasonably well equipped. It isn't as remote as some might prefer, but it is convenient to the "sights" in the vicinity of Colorado Springs. The owners are friendly and available by e-mail.
We endorse the Wine Gazebo with 4/4 stars and would gladly stay in the cabin upon returning to the Pike Peak's area.
This was a nice little cabin for my wife and I’s stay. It was the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do. The only thing was the furniture in the living room did not match the description picture and couch was not Easy to get up from. Leather and sits low. Not a big deal but older folks may not be able to get up.

Cute cabin, was well worth the money. It wasn’t the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at and the windows are pretty drafty. The washer and dryer need to be retired. Solid 7/10, areas for improvement but still generally happy with our decision.

The actual cabin does not match the photos I viewed in the cabin description I viewed prior to booking. They are very deceiving. However, we made the best of it. It was cozy, the bed was comfortable and it was in a beautiful area, but we were unable to use the garage because there was stuff in it.

We really enjoyed this cabin! It is small but cozy. It was just myself and my wife therefore we didn't need much space. The cabin is well stocked and has just about anything you need. We didn't cook while we were there but there is plenty of cookware if you choose to. While we didn't use the gazebo, it is a beautiful addition. The area is real quiet and just what we needed for a week of relaxation. There is a Walmart a few miles away if you need anything. This cabin isn't upscale which in my opinion gives it more of the rustic feel that we wanted. I say this as I have read some bad reviews on this cabin and after staying here, those comments may have been unjust. If you are a couple looking for a quiet cozy getaway, I would definitely recommend this cabin.
absolutely amazing little cabin, away from the hustle but close enough to get to what we wanted to see - me & my boyfriend came out here & stayed 3 nights for a birthday trip & we will 100% be back. The cabin had everything we needed, small & quit. We loved it & plan on coming back in the future!

Quaint Cabin For Two
My husband and I stayed in the Wine Gazebo for 5 nights. Quiet area and loved watching the deer eat in the yard every morning around 7:30 a. Easy to get to all attractions. The house was much smaller than I expected, especially the bathroom. Rules were inconsistent in communications. In fact, we had a trash issue and it took about 3 days to resolve. The contact on the fridge graciously called me back right away, but that is not the right contact.

Okay stay
The property itself was okay fairly clean. But could use some detail cleaning. No dishrag for washing dishes no wash cloth in bathroom. The furniture was different than what was shown in the pictures. The property is in a nice neighborhood but really close to highway so when sitting on the back porch all you hear is the highway noise. It did work out very well as a central location to stay while exploring the area
This was our second time staying at this cabin and will continue to come back. It’s a perfect location and the cabin itself is just so charming and cozy!
