This place was MUCH better than we expected. It had three pools, two hot tubs and very convenient access to a beautiful beach. The condo was very clean, big, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was extremely accessible and flexible, but we didn't have any issues at all. Overall we had a great stay!

St. Augustine Stay!

My wife and I loved the property, the condo and how close to the beach it put us. We loved the many restaurants/bars that were close by and the fact that downtown was a short drive or Uber away! We had a great time and would gladly stay here again in the future!

Ocean view from comfortable living space

One of my favorites..kitchen set up well with the little things you need, big dining table (perfect for puzzling, games), nice outdoor table for alfresco dining, reclining chairs in living room (a first in a weekend rental), comfortable king size bed, access to pool and hot tub, and best of all, easy and secure access to the beach! Really enjoyed my stay!!

Comfortable and clean

Beautiful property, beautiful beaches and most comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again. Steven was a great host and communicator. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.

The condo was a little further from the beach than I originally thought. The beds were comfortable and the condo was decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the rooftop and got to see Artemis II launch!! It was a pleasure communicating w/ Steve!

It was the perfect condo, great location and very clean! I’ve been staying in st. Augustine since 2008 and this has been my favorite stay!! Hoping to book next year.

Very pleasant experience. We arrived and found the condo spotless and everything clearly marked. (Loved that all the switches were clearly marked) All the instructions were also very clear and concise. It was the perfect condo, great location, near several restaurants and to downtown St Augustine. I would recommend this condo to friends and family and would rent again in the future. Dee

Such a pleasant experience. We arrived and found the condo spotless and everything clearly marked. All the instructions received were very clear and concise. Our liaison, Steve, gave us immediate responses to our questions and was very courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to my friends and family and hope to rent a longer stay myself in the future.

BEST CHOICE EVER

This condo was perfect for our 4 person family. It was very clean!! Comfortable and had a very short walk (2nd row) to the beach. We did not use any amenities but the pools and hot tube looked very clean. The bathrooms were spacious enough and very clean! Like any other condo we have rented...the dishes should be inspected prior to using. And I wish VRBO would offer an option for filitering bed styles. This master bed is very firm. I would certainly stay here again!

Convenient location

Nice, clean condo in a convenient location. Very easy to drive to St. Augustine city center. Not far at all and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach is accessible via a short walk on boardwalk path through the complex and there are 3 pools and hot tub within the complex. The beach was beautiful. The only issues we had was trudging up and down the stairs to the 3rd floor and the hard mattresses. Had a difficult time sleeping on the mattress with sciatic pain. We chalked up the stairs with free exercise and an excuse to indulge in tasty treats which was abundant in town. Would stay there again if mattress upgraded!

Perfect location, convenient to everything without the traffic! Beautiful view and comfy feel.

Great amenities, beautiful view, hosts were so fast to reply to any question, comfortable bed, amazing pool and hot tub not too far from our room. Perfect location, close to everything but no traffic! We will definitely stay here again, felt right at home!

Perfect beach condo!

Neat and clean, just like the pictures. Easy walk to the beach, great pools, deck on the roof delivers incredible views. Our host was available for any questions and was incredible. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great Beach Location

We really appreciated Steve as our Host contact! He went above and beyond to make our stay easy. Worked hard to keep us informed as to what time we could check-in And especially hard to get us an extra night!!! The resort had easy access to beach. Very comfortable lounge furniture in living room!
