The Space:
The first floor of the townhouse is an ideal spot for lounging, enjoying some take out or people watching from the front porch which faces Main Street! Here you will find a beverage refrigerator, wine cooler and a conveniently located half bath. The one car garage off the alley is also accessed from this level of the home.
On the second floor you will discover a well appointed kitchen with a huge quartz island, induction cooktop, wall oven, and microwave as well as a dishwasher and smart refrigerator. A few steps away is the living room with comfortable sectional seating and an abundance of natural light. You will find an amazing Restoration Hardware daybed to provide an additional sleeping area between the kitchen and living room. There is also a powder bathroom on this floor.
The third floor features two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first room is the master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, black-out drapes and balcony overlooking the city! The ensuite master bathroom has double sinks, walk-in shower and a beautiful free-standing tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, custom shades and a private spa-like full bathroom. You will also find the large laundry room on this level.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This townhouse is in Chattanooga's Southside Historic District. Southside was once the urban center of industry in Chattanooga, but an eclectic mix of art, culture, cuisine and entertainment has filled the once abandoned warehouses and old buildings of the early 20th century!
Getting Around:
This is a downtown area so parking is limited. There is room for one car in the garage and street parking. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This townhouse is a middle unit so quiet hours must be respected.
We are a dog friendly home. Dogs must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow dogs on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All dogs require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of dog hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
