Beachfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with spectacular views!! There is no better place to enjoy the Paradise Coast. From the balcony you will adore the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches. Located on the south end of Marco's beautiful beach
Nicely furnished, this condo is fully equipped and will comfortably sleep 4 guests. Relax in the Master bedroom suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
The living room and both bedrooms have TV's with Blu-Ray DVD players. Guests will love the bright, vibrant guest bedroom with two twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The Seawinds is located close to several shops, restaurants, a movie theater and many other amenities. This condo is a 7 night minimum. There is a $50 parking fee.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The patio view was amazing and it was perfect to walk out the lobby right to the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking! Perfect condo for our family of three. We had a great time in the pool also.

The property is right on the beach with great views. Needs new towels & beach chairs. Kitchen well stocked. Place is clean and neat, but could use some updating. We had a nice stay.

The condo was clean and was stocked well for the initial stay. The condo could use a few up grades but in general our stay are awesome The view from the balcony 16th floor was breath taking. I would stay here agai

Marco Island condo

We were put on the 16th floor and at first I was apprehensive about this. I quickly changed my mind once I saw the view! It was amazing to set out on the patio and watch the sunset and have the waves lull you to sleep. Very cute condo that had everything we needed. Everyone was so nice and helpful too. Great vacation getaway while an ice storm was going on back home!

Seawinds 1604 unit

I have stayed in Marco many times and this unit unfortunately needs some TLC. Kitchen bar stools all mismatched and unsafe to sit on. Towels are like leftovers from someones house (No matching). A couch that is meant for a lanai (not inviting to sit on). During the 7 day stay...I like to keep the place clean and swept. There was not even a broom there (a swifter yes) and a little electric broom that did not work. The VIEW was amazing and the outdoor patio furniture very nice. It's always a good idea to take some of that $$ and reinvest it in the unit. It would not take too much to do this. I did not like the policy of having to do all the laundry and take out the garbage so the cleaning company did not have so much to do. We supposidly pay for the place to be cleaned? This is difficult for people to do when they have a flight to catch at 9 am seeing how the airport is an hour away and the laundry can not be started until you wake up. You must check out by 10 am and the next renters can not check in until 5 pm. That gives the cleaning company 7 hours to clean. I love Marco Island and will continue to make this our family annual vacation.

We enjoyed this unit. Loved the balcony. One suggestion would be to get some new towels. Towels were in bad shape!
