About this property

Beautiful 3BDR Home located in the heart of Marco.

Beautiful home is centrally located to the beach, Mackle Park, Library and Marco Island Historical Museum. Local restaurants and shops are not far either. The home has been completely renovated with a coastal design and all new furnishings and new tile throughout. Spacious 3 bedroom, den and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances, cabinetry, quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and sliders that open to the patio.
The master bathroom has a soaking tub and a large walk in shower. Guest bedrooms have a king bed and a set of full beds both having flat screen TV's and they share a bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower. This bathroom is also a pool bath so there is easy access from the patio to the bathroom. All sliders go out to the patio. The den features two bean bag chairs, an XBox and a pullout sofa. Enjoy meals and drinks out on the spacious outdoor living area or relax under the fans by they oversized, heated pool.

Not a huge negative - picking up the keys and garage door opener at the office versus having a key code is a little inconvenient.

This is a beautiful, spacious home. It worked well for our 2-week stay and would definitely consider staying again when we visit Marco Island. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. The great room (dining area / living room) had plenty of seating and a nice big-screen t.v. I was able to use the bonus room off the great room for a couple of work-related conferences. The pool is large, though it was cool during our first week, we used it daily during our 2nd week. The grill was a plus and it was very clean. We used it a few times. It's a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed daily walks. Got to see the cute burrowing owls which were present in many of the yards.

House was wonderful -- very comfortable. It was exactly as described. Outdoor pool area was particularly inviting and we spent a lot of time around the pool. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. Would highly recommend this property for any family looking for a relaxing option for accommodations.

Great Getaway

We had a great time on Marco. The property was exceptionally clean and as advertised. The only downside was not having an electronic keypad for house access. Retrieving the keys at the office was inconvenient.

Extremely clean and well presented. Furnished nicely with adequate pool - very quiet neighbourhood. Slight problem with wrong keys at check in, soon resolved, and a little slow to respond to a number of issues that needed resolving (although they were predominantly). More positively, a good reaction to late leaving request for which we were very grateful/

Great Location, Great House, Great Vacation!!

We just got home from staying 7 nights at this house on Marco Island. We’ve travelled SW Florida quite a lot, but had never stayed on Marco for a week. We absolutely loved it!! Everything about it. The house is ideally located, well appointed, and clean. The pool was warm and the weather was great!!! We had one minor issue, the outside TV did not work and when we called the Property Manager they stated that it was advertised as having an outside TV and that possibly it was for owner use only. They are correct , it wasn’t advertised. However, the TV remote and cable box were all out there and hooked up; the TV itself simply did not work. No big deal, but we felt the property manager could’ve handle our call a little more professionally. Regardless, we plan to book again for next Easter and are already making plans on what to do. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!!
