The sleek, fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook up a storm, while a dishwasher makes cleaning up effortless.

Cool off quickly with air-conditioning in the main living area, and kick back in front of the large Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, providing entertainment throughout your stay.

Enjoy secure off-street parking within the fully fenced property. While the garage is not accessible, external CCTV cameras are installed for added peace of mind (note: cameras are outdoor only).

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have the reserved right to evict guests.
