Located in an exceptional beachside position, only 30 metres to the family and dog-friendly bay beach at Cape Woolamai, this immaculate, comfortable home offers a perfect holiday experience for you and your family. It's the perfect location on The Esplanade – open the windows and listen to the waves crash on the beach. The family will love this light and breezy house with a huge yard to play in. Featuring double-glazed windows, a gas log fireplace and air-conditioning, it’s cosy all year round

THE SPACE
Spanning two levels, the home offers welcoming open spaces, the upper level comprises the master bedroom with a walk-in robe, large screen TV and ensuite, an open plan kitchen and a living and dining area. It also provides access to the outdoor balcony, with its gas BBQ and seating, ideal for enjoying this superior location and water glimpses.

The downstairs entry leads to a further two bedrooms, each with built-in robes, and ceiling fans, together with the family bathroom. The spacious double garage has a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

The house is in a very quiet residential street, surrounded by permanent residents, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Please note, that the shed in the backyard is not accessible for guests. There is plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax.

Included in the home: doona, doona cover, and pillows.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

The home is in a residential area, we only allow dogs that are non-barking style, that won't be continuously barking during the holiday and when owners leave the home.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. Great holiday house.
Location is perfect for us away from shops directly opposite beach. Great for the pup and walks and paddle board swims. People around us seemed friendly. Not enjoying verbo platform. Have used stayz before and found it very convenient. I now find it very hard to contact agent.

Delightful property in a perfect location
We've visited quite a number of properties on Phillip Island over the years but this has to be one of the very best. Firstly, the house itself was extremely clean, comfortable and very livable. It had all the ammenities that we could wish for and everything was of a high quality in excellent condition. Secondly, the location was just magic. It's on an extremely quiet street just across from the beach which meant that it was great just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. We loved our stay and will make this our first choice when we go back to the island.

The perfect holiday location
We have stayed at this property several times and it continues to amaze us - and the renovations are wonderful. Comfortable beds, large living area, a kitchen with everything you could ever need and located right on the beach. What more could we need? And our beloved fur baby is welcome too.

Best beach house
This is the perfect beach holiday house for a big family, it had a really well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and cooking stuff we needed, great layout. The dog had a great time too, its right on the dog beach entry.
