The Space:
Come refresh and relax in this breathtaking, two-story designer home. Vaulted ceilings with skylights, expansive windows, and glass doors allow natural light to flood every living space, and sophisticated nautical-themed styling underscores the enviable proximity to the beach. The entire property is beautifully landscaped and secluded, while the home is purposefully designed with the intent of making the outdoors an extension of the home’s living spaces. Easy outdoor access off both levels of the house allows guests to seamlessly enjoy nature from nearly every room.

Enter the ground floor atrium that leads to 2 private bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is a queen with a large picture window and BIR for travel items, the other a bunk room with a delightful walk-out to the gardens. The garage, which includes laundry facilities, is also on this level.

Climb a set of gorgeous architectural stairs to the 2nd floor where the home’s living room, kitchen, and master bedroom seem to float above the tropical garden paradise below. A fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances including an induction stove and double oven is bathed in natural light from skylights overhead. Watch your favorite shows on the living room’s big screen TV, or simply enjoy the organic views from the massive sliding doors that lead to the patio.

An exclusive retreat is found in the master ensuite where a king bed, TV seating area, and an exquisitely designed bathroom with shower and 2-person spa define the ultimate in privacy. An extra bonus is the sliding glass door leading to the balcony that overlooks the lush grounds below.

We spent 2 nights at the house and it was a great property. The location was fantastic, 100m to the beach, would be a great place to stay in the warmer months. The house had everything that was needed and we would definitely come back again. The kids loved it.
