THE SPACE
Tea-Tree Family Hideaway is an expansive contemporary home offering family living on a large scale and sleeping 16 people across five bedrooms, two separate large living areas, three bathrooms and WIFI. There is so much this wonderful home has a lot to offer.
This home is very inviting with the open-plan living, ample living areas and the warmth and atmosphere provided by the fireplace with newly installed air conditioning throughout. Enjoy the entertainer's kitchen, generously proportioned with ample storage, Caesar stone benchtops with Smeg appliances and a storage/butlers pantry that flows to a north-facing deck ideal for alfresco dining. Outdoors also provides huge options with an outdoor BBQ, beautifully manicured garden and a lawn area with plenty of space for the kids to play.
It is a 10-minute walk to both the bay beach and Blairgowrie Village or drive to see all that the Peninsula has to offer, from award-winning wineries and restaurants to kids activities and bush walks.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Included in the home: doona, doona cover and pillows.
What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.
Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
