Great spot for a weekend with family and friends

Great spot for a weekend with family and friends. Very close to town and the mountains. Check in was easy and the property was very clean. There was plenty of space to relax after a day of golfing and hiking.

Super Snowboarding Stay

Stayed with one other family. Close proximity to Bethel town center and Sunday River. The accommodations were perfect! Well stocked and perfect layout! Plenty of room for everyone! Very clean! Would absolutely stay again. We had a terrific time!

Annual Golf Weekend - Mustache Open

Amazing Properties!! We stayed at both 99 and 125 Songo properties and couldn’t be happier! Private, quiet but close to town if anything was needed… plenty of beds for all guests, kitchen a great size for cooking… deck was perfect for a morning coffee and enjoyed the hot tub/gas fire pit area in the evenings… will be 100% be booking again for next year!

Family wedding weekend

Beautiful property, well equipped with everything you need. It was an extremely hot weekend. The A/c units in the bedrooms were key, but the main living area and kitchen was brutally hot. It would be beneficial to have a unit in the main living area too. Also the tv needed a PIN code to use and this was not provided
