Sonder Studio Nashville

We arrived in evening. Digital code to building and room did not work. Called Sonder, it took 1 hour+ to get into room, I was put on hold many times so person on phone could speak to her "team". ended up having to go to basement locker to get fob. Then opened up sleeper couch and cushion was quite damp, looked at end of mattress and it had brown stains on it. I was not sleeping on that!! So my sister and I shared the bed for our trip. When I called about the pullout bed, they wanted to have someone come over to assess what to do. We were on a very short vacation, so that was not acceptable. We didn't want to spend our time with someone to fix this. They did give me $100 refund for poor checkin, but only $150 credit for future reservation, not a refund. I don't plan to travel in the next year, but am not sure I would stay in a Sonder place. They are not that easy to work with, I think cause everything is decided by a "team" and it takes too long.

Hot!!

Thought there was a private bedroom, pics made it seem that way, there wasn’t. The whole space was hot, not enough air circulation. Couldn’t turn the AC down lower than 68 degrees. At 68, it was warm. So was pretty uncomfortable at night. Pull out couch bed… is def rough.

Parking

Loved the room, clean, well maintained. Parking was awful, no parking on property, worse, not clearly disclosed when booking. Two lots across the street, and they are not for the frugal.
