This community is great for the business traveler with the comforts of home, the couple on a romantic get-away weekend or family outing. This family friendly home is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeps 4 with a 12" high-end plush king bed in the bedroom and an upgraded queen sleeper in the living area. This condo is in a premium location within Riverfront Condos. The bedroom window and living room window and deck all face the River. Enjoy a serene view through the windows or up close while enjoying coffee or wine on the back deck! This condo offers privacy from the parking spaces and noise that may accompany other units do not have!.

The living room and bedroom each have 48" flat screen Smart TV. We have a queen size American Leather sofa sleeper for the most comfortable night’s sleep for those not sleeping on the bedroom suite. the working, electric fireplace offers such a unique amenity. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the City, and retreat just a few blocks to this relaxing Riverfront condo. A pack ‘n play is available for small children. Cards and board games are available for the down times.

We have a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, crock pot, pots and pans, and dishes for dining in to serve everyone.

The community's common area includes an additional patio, gas grill and fire pit, and a fitness area!

Cozy condo with river view and fireplace.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient walking distance to Broadway, Germantown, Sounds baseball field and Bicentennial park. Ground floor unit easy access. If you stay the weekend bring earplugs to help dampen the upper unit floor noise at night.

River views and fireplace gives a casual cozy feeling. Stay was great overall. Close to German town, baseball field, bicentennial park and Broadway. Free parking was a huge plus. Bring earplugs if your stay is over the weekend, you may need them for the noise of the unit above.

My wife and I enjoyed the location, great view of the river, the birds and squirrels that visited the trees just off our deck, and the easy parking. The condo was clean and well appointed, and overall offered a very good value! It was also only about a mile from all the major downtown sites so we really didnt need a car,
