There is a dedicated dining space and a comfortable living room which opens up onto a private cobbled rear patio. Out here you'll find an outdoor table setting as well as a 6-burner BBQ, just perfect for alfresco dining.

For those needing to stay connected, there is complimentary high speed WIFI and a smart TV. There is a heat pump/air con unit in the living room. There are two off-street parking spots as well as a single garage for storing bikes and more.

You will be in the heart of the city here- walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions.

Note: the property isn’t overly suited for young children as the staircase and upper walkway is original. The banisters are widely spaced and may be tempting for children to climb/crawl thorough/over.
