Nice house with fully fenced in yard for our two dogs. Walking distance to the beach, shops and food (Cleat and Anchor was great for our party of 6 and only a 2 minute drive; 10minute walk). Perfect weekend getaway spot.

First family cape vacation

This house was surprisingly roomy, more than enough room for a family of four. Location was great too but it was a bit further to the beach than we expected, so we ended up driving there and paying for parking. Great area, plenty to do and eat.

Absolutely wonderful! Great backyard that is fenced for the dogs and kids to enjoy outside and a fantastic front porch! This home is close to everything and right down the street from great restaurants and the beach!

Girls Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Dennis Port. The house was comfortable and clean and on a quiet road. Walk to the beach was a bit further than expected though we all do enjoy walking. We walked to Main Street to explore the town and found our choice for dining out. We couldn’t have asked for better weather which made for a perfectly fun and relaxing getaway.

Good stay!

We had a nice weekend at this property. The house was stylish, comfortable and very dog friendly. Love the Golden Retriever throw on the couch! Our Golden loved romping around the fenced in yard. Upstairs master bed was very comfortable. Location is walkable both to restaurants and shops and the beach. Overall a good place especially for families with dogs. :)

Charming house, good central Cape location.

Charming house, great game- (and dog-) friendly yard. As a couple with our two daughters and their two friends, this offered a great jumping off point for a fun Cape vacation. The only minor downside was that the town of Dennisport didn't offer enough interest for kids. But we were close (10-20 minute drive) to Harwichport, Dennis, and other great Cape towns and beaches. Del Mar was very responsive and the home was immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Family Visit

House was very sweet and space worked well for my family. The walk to the beach was a bit longer than we expected, but manageable. There were some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance which was enjoyable. We would have loved if there was some sort of outdoor dining area. A simple picnic table would have been very handy. (The indoor dining table is pretty, but not comfortable.) All-in-all we enjoyed our visit!

We stayed at the Chateau, July 2017. It is a very nice, well appointed home in a great location. It easily accommodated our extended family,and had a great fenced in yard for our 2 Golden Retrievers to roam around. We have rented several properties on the cape over the years, and this home certainly fits in as one of the best to date. We would consider this home again in the future. Cape Escape

The cottage is darling with a welcoming porch and fully fenced yard for our Goldendoodle to run around it. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and the sea. The first floor is comfortable (great couches) and the kitchen large and easy to work in. There are a few small enhancements that would make it even better. First, there are no instructions for how to login to the TV or use the grind/brew coffee maker. (after several attempts we caved and bought a cheap drip coffee maker) Use of the TV was confounded by 5 remotes and no idea which to use. The staff at Delmar helped with that over the phone. The lovely yard could benefit from more adult seating (there are only two Adirondack chairs) and no table for eating outside or small ones to put beside the chairs to enjoy a beverage (same for the porch). The main bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, but unfortunately no end tables. You have to sidle into the bed on one side around a very large heavy crib (perhaps this could be stored when there are no toddlers or infants staying there) and the other side has a large armoire with childrens' hangers in it. No where to place a beside clock or ability to read in bed. These are all easily correctible and would make staying there even better. Overall we had a nice time.

Charming house in Dennis Port

Our weekend stay in Dennis Port for a family wedding was made even more lovely staying in the chic, adorable 1920s house. The pictures are accurate in representing the house. It’s perfect for families or couples and with two full bathrooms we had ample space to get ready for our wedding. Kitchen is well equipped and a great space with a dining area and counter stools/ island. This house is in walking distance of some stores, restaurants and little market. Rory’s Market and Kitchen was the perfect place to pick up coffee, organic ANYTHING, and a terrific salad or wrap or smoothie for lunch. The only thing we struggled with was the coffee maker in the kitchen of the house. We couldn’t figure it out and it would help to have directions on the counter. Overall, a terrific place to stay. Highly recommend. We would return!

Perfect Family/Friends Spot

This is our 2nd time renting this property and throughly enjoyed it again! The house is clean and the large fenced in yard is amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for BBQ's or just sitting in the sun. The location is fantastic as it is close to everything. You can enjoy a 5min walk to restaurants down the street or just another few minute walk to the downtown area where there is a small grocery story and cafes. The added bonus to this property is the fact you can bring your pets with you! Delmar, the managing company for the property does an amazing job with communicating before, during and after your stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

A lovely property

This property is a historic home that has been tastefully restored and was the perfect rental for our family's needs. The property manager was very attentive and even left us a very thoughtful gift basket expressing their sympathy, having learned that the reason for our off season travel to the Cape was sadly due to a death in the family. We most certainly recommend this rental property to others, and hope the home will be filled with many celebratory family visits in the months ahead.
