Cozy Condo!

Great place to stay at and recently updated kitchen. The view is beautiful and you can even hear the ocean. Short walk to local restaurants and beaches.

This is a very nice, clean rental and location. The only thing that was a struggle is the a/c. I did not feel like it was clearly stated that the a/c is only in the living room, and on a one hour timer. My husband runs hot so most nights he was not comfortable and could not sleep. We agreed that we would have paid more to cover the cost of having the option to run it all night to cool the place down.

Convenient location and communicative host

We couldn't be happier with the location of this property. It's a quick walk 3 minute walk from our favorite beach, Kamaole 1. The condo had everything that we needed (umbrellas, beach chairs) and all types of kitchen tools/utensils. The owner is also very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation in great location

This accommodation was everything we needed for our stay in Maui. The communication and check in process was easy. It is conveniently located about a block from the beach and there are multiple food options within walking distance. The kitchen is newly renovated so it was great for cooking some meals in. The condo is equipped with beach gear- snorkels, beach chairs and beach towels . Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!

Great spot, AC eh

Good location. Nice private balcony with a fantastic view. Hosts were polite and welcoming with great communication. The only caveat was the AC was run on a 60 min timer, so at night if it was hot, you would wake up and have to reset the AC timer every 60 minutes. Also a sensor on the patio door that kicks off the AC, which was fine and makes sense, but the 60 min timer on the AC was unexpected and something we hadnt seen before in any other rental.

Perfect location, great condo & everything you need to never wanna leave!

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay if we shopped in person. Lori's condo has EVERYTHING one would need to have a magnificent vacation. From cleanliness to all kitchen supplies, including spices and lotsa utensils and storage containers for leftovers. Ample supply of towels, beach towels and bed linen to all the beach toys you'll need, and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the driveway and BOOM, you're on a beautiful beach on west Maui with an incredible spot to see the sunset everyday!! This condo has been in Lori's family for many years and it looks as though it's a modern, newly renovated space. She's done a great job keeping the place current, yet cozy. She was quick to respond to questions or requests and called shortly after our arrival to make sure we were settled in. My wife and I got married while we were there and Lori even recommended the officiant and photographer we actually used. THANKS LORI!! We plan on returning annually and truly hope Lori's condo is available!

A Little Piece of Paradise

There was a little snafu with getting the information to have access to the condo but we were able to reach the owners and everything went smoothly after that. Beautiful renovation is taking place. The condo is furnished well withlots of kitchen items if you prefer to cook. The frig and microwave served our purposes. However, you have to realize that we are two older ladies and have learned how to minimize the work and make the most of resources. For a young couple, there all the electronic devices that you could want...some of which we couldn't figure out how to work. The people we met there were very friendly. Several were also renters but we met two couples who live there. Convenient to beaches and shopping. It would be nice to have had instructions as to how the AC works and we suggested that grab bars be installed in the shower. May not be the best situation for older persons with handicaps.....great for couples.

8 great days in Kihei

Thank you Lori for your hospitality and a wonderful week in Kihei. The condo is very conveniently located for everything we wanted in our vacation. An easy walk about 200 yards down to Kihei Road and all three Kamaole beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance too. Really feel free and relaxed when you can pack up a chair and umbrella and be down at the beach in 5 minutes whenever you like. Condo has everything we needed for our trip. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc so we could cook our own breakfast and eat on the balcony. Pictures don't really do justice for the view on the balcony. You can look straight out and see the ocean just down the hill and Kaho'olawe off in the distance. If you look off to the left on a clear day you can see the observatories on top of the Haleakla volcano. We spent a lot of time just relaxing out there. Thanks again for the hospitality and we certainly plan on coming back someday.

Our host Lori did everything to make sure that our stay was comfortable. The condo was well laid out and was well equipped. Any queries were dealt with immediately by Lori in a helpful way.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed this place. It was within easy walking to great beaches, places to eat, grab coffee, shop. Even though it was within the center of everything, we were comfortable and didn't feel surrounded in the condo. The lanai was great with views up the side of the mountain and out to sea. The owners were easy to reach out to as needed. Excellent stay!

Fantastic Place!

This is our favorite place we've stayed in Kihei! Very comfortable and quiet. Has everything you need for a home away from home. Large comfortable lanai with view of the ocean. Property sits next to a large vacant lot where there are lots birds. Highly recommend this place! We will be back sometime! Thank you!

Super angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 9 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung in Kihei verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Vom Check-in bis zum Checkout hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung während des Aufenthalts war mehr als herzlich und fürsorglich seitens des Vermieters. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen. A great location and host

Our stay at Lori’s place was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The lanai space made for a great place to read and eat. It is close to beaches and major highways too. Luckily it was whale season and the weather was warm and dry, we walked to the beach many times and close to food spots too.

First time in Maui!

The property is very clean and well taken care of. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and it was perfect to enjoy our breakfast each morning. Lori was very responsive and accommodating! The property is in perfect location and it has everything you need to have great time in Maui.

Great Vacation in a Great Location

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Condo was very clean and owner provides pretty much everything you need for your stay. Very up to date. My one and only complaint would be the air conditioning. It really could use a unit in the bedroom. Even with the fans it can be on the warm side at times. It would not keep us from staying again but just want others to know that if they are wanting cold a/c this is not the place. Having an a/c unit in bedroom would make this place perfect. We really did enjoy our stay here. Have already started talking about when we might make a return trip. We would definitely book this property again.

Great spot in Kihei!

I stayed for ten nights in June 2021 with my adult son. The property was very nice, quiet, and clean. Very comfortable Lanai, well equipped full kitchen. Attractive property, next to open space/green belt, nice pool. Parking is easy, although I did get a nasty note and annoying sticker on my rental car for inadvertently parking in an owner spot the first night. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk away (great to avoid driving and parking). Several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The condominium owner was very helpful and called after we checked in to make sure we would have a great stay. I would definitely recommend this unit and the area in general for a wonderful place to stay on Maui.

Great value and the perfect place to stay!

Wow! We were so impressed with this condo and our host’s exceptional hospitality that we are currently looking to book the place again as I write this. The condo is clean, spacious, has everything you need for beach fun (umbrella, chairs, kids toys, soft cooler bags, etc) and board games too! It is in the perfect location in my opinion with great beaches nearby, a natural foods store and restaurants all within short walking distance. The lanai faces an undeveloped green space with tons of birds singing, and gives a such a nice private feeling. The complex is beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved it! The host was so quick to respond (almost instantly every time) to any questions and concerns we had. Thank you, Lori, for sharing your condo and taking such great care of us!
