The main living area of this well designed home offers an open concept living area including an expansive great room, gourmet chefs kitchen with professional Wolfe-style gas range, quartzite counters, custom white cabinetry and open dining area that opens to a covered terrace with propane grill, outdoor dining and lots of comfortable seating.

Just off the great room is a butler's pantry with wine fridge and washer/ dryer. A queen bedroom with ensuite bath and second bedroom with 2 twin beds and adjacent guest bath are on this level as well, and each has a private terrace for absolute privacy and ultimate relaxation.

The third floor features a luxurious master suite with loft, spectacular Gulf and Bay views, and an elegant bath with tub and huge walk in shower. No need to go down to the kitchen for your morning coffee or midnight snack....Brew some morning coffee, warm up some croissants in the coffee bar just outside the master suite and slip outside to your private deck.

Two queen bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bath and both with private balconies are also on this level as well as an additional washer/dryer. This fabulous home is located just a short walk to the beach! You can tie a boat up to 24ft to the dock.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
