We are happy to welcome you back better than ever!!! Newly renovated flooring, lighting, paint, pool, landscaping and upgrades! Join us for the white sand beaches, gulf breezes and once in a lifetime sunsets in a luxurious 3,000 sq. ft. multi-million dollar custom beachfront duplex! Villa Del Sol is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath Tommy Bahama furnished home steps away from the beach. The villa has a private beach sand path that leads directly to the Gulf. After a relaxing day at the beach, enjoy your own private pool/hot tub/outdoor shower/grill area as you listen to the waves. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico in almost every room with beautiful balconies to enjoy dolphin watching and gorgeous sunsets. The fully renovated interior has striking upgrades, but still maintains the comfort of a beach home. Villa Del Sol has the amenities needed for an easy transition to focus on relaxation on your vacation!

We currently are only doing weekend to weekend reservations for 7 day rentals (Saturday/Sunday). If you would. like to stay longer than 7 days check-in and check-outs will be accepted on non-weekend days. Please inquire for additional information.

There is also a private elevator for your convenience and ease.

Has everything you'll need

The property is nicely appointed - you don't have to leave for anything. We had groceries delivered right there - we couldn't have asked for more convenience, a nicer view or accommodations.

Spring Break 2024

Our family had a wonderful time! The location was perfect, right on the beach!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked including lots of beach and pool toys which the grand kids really enjoyed. We all loved the pool and the beach and the adults enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The views of the gulf from the balcony are amazing and the dolphins entertained us every morning with their antics. We can't wait to return!

The best VRBO we have had!

This house is just as lovely as the pictures show. The kitchen has everything you might need, the owners provide beach toys, chairs, even a wagon to make the steps to the beach easy. Pool area is spacious and clean. The furnishings inside are beachy but tasteful. These owners really understand vacationers, plenty of space to stow your own gear. They kept in touch throughout our stay but were never intrusive. Do the fine people of FMB a favor. Go there, spend some money and help them get their town back.

Hassle free beachfront property!

House was accurately listed. It was stocked with all beach ammenities such as kayak, chajrs, coolers, floats, and beach toys. It was very clean and the owners/managers of the property were readily available to answer all questions and responded almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so in the future.
