Welcome! This all new 2Bedroom/2bath townhouse comfortably sleeps 7. This open concept home features a private hot tub, fireplace, BBQ, fully stocked kitchen, in-suite laundry, 3 TV`s, Cable TV, fast wifi, secure bike storage, free parking and a private outdoor seating area. A perfect location for all seasons. Only a short 7-minute walk to the gondola`s/ski lifts & less than a 1-min walk to Whistler Village, which is right across the street! This is the perfect home for your Whistler getaway!

IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a very quiet townhouse complex, there are strict quiet hours after 10pm and absolutely no hot tub use between 10:00 pm and 8:00am is allowed. This is actively enforced by security and not just on a complaint basis. The fine for using the hot tub after hours is hefty and if you are being noisy in the hot tub after 10:00 pm you get TWO fines for breaking quiet hours and hot tub complex rules. The same goes for smoking - absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere, including the outside decks, pathways or around the complex.

- NO HOT TUBBING AFTER 10PM - ZERO TOLERANCE
