Ocean Front 3 Bedroom Luxury Condo at Playa Grande Resort.

Our spacious 3 bedroom, fully equipped condo in located just 20 km north of Manzanillo International airport. The resort is on the stunning and pristine beach of Playa del Coco near Barra de Navidad.

This luxury resort offers 24 hour security, 3 huge cascading infinity pools, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, convenience store, swim up bar, and wireless internet.

Your open air condo is fully equipped with a large kitchen, private laundry, 2 bathrooms and A/C in all 3 bedroom. Air conditioning is very expensive. Please avoid using but if you need to only use bedrooms for sleeping. Don’t go under 24 degrees as it will freeze up. Please turn off when leaving room.

Housekeeping services are available on request.

Minutes away is a world class golf course at Isla de Navidad Golf & Country Club and the beautiful Grand Bay Hotel with a marina. You can catch a water taxi from the Grand Bay Hotel to the charming fishing village of Barra de Navidad. If you choose to drive to Barra de Navidad or further down the highway to Melaque, there are many restaurants, bars, beaches and shopping.

Beautiful little condo complex just outside of Barra de Navidad. The condo was great, just as described, and the beds are even comfy! Beautiful view of the ocean and everyone at Playa Grande Staff & Residents were just so great & helpful! I would absolutely go again.

Very nice unit, the large 3BR floorplan was perfect. Great view from the balcony. Very quiet and nice development well away from the Easter beach crowds. Fully equipped with AC but the weather was so perfect we never used it as this unit really captures the sea breezes well. Definitely will book again probably for two weeks this time.

Beautiful condo with wonderful views. Quiet, and great amenities with the building. The condo does not have the greatest supplies for utensils and other cook ware, or some small things for new guests to head out for beach adventures.

What a fabulous place to stay, a five star accommodation. The view from the condo wow I saw whales and every night I went to sleep listening to the sound of the waves hitting the beach. Walks along the beach and a 3 level pool with a great pool bar with one of the best hamburgers I have had in a long time. The condo has everything you could desire and is the best place I have stayed at in a long time. Great staff, and a super store on site with everything you need and great prices. Immaculate place an absolutely fabulous place, I can’t say enough about it but I will definately come here again, you have to see it to believe it. WOW!

Fantastic three bedroom condo with a stunning ocean view. Nice breeze throughout the day making the available air conditioning unnecessary. The king size beds are very comfortable. Maid service is available weekly for about $15 Canadian, why do it yourself? The three tiered pool system with swim up bar is well maintained and so refreshing. This is our 9th year in a row at this resort.

I absolutely loved the condo, very spacious with everything you would need, loved watching the whales from the deck in the ocean, very friendly people and in the heart of real Mexico. Very clean and we hardly ever had to use the air conditioner because of the lovely sea breezes, would highly recommend this wonderful place for a vacation
