Saltwater cures all wounds & this beautiful home definitely helped make it possible!

There is nothing I can say more about this place. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very well instructed for check in and check out, restaurants that are top favorites, the decor inside was extremely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of outback space to sit and relax. There is beach ready wagons and chairs if you didn’t bring yours. The host was extremely sweet and friendly with a quick reply. It was walking distance to beach access 5 and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in for a girls trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again! This listing is currently now saved for future trips. Also had coffee machine with pods, sugar and creamer.

Great place—needs a little maintenance

We enjoyed our stay very much, but it had some things that maybe needed some cleaning/maintenance. Location was great and walkable to the beach and restaurants. My biggest complaint would be the door and lock. It is a keypad entrance but the actual bolt must be bent a bit, so the lock only unlocked about a quarter of the time. We had to try several times each time we returned to unlock the door. I also had reached out a couple times leading up to the vacation to the owner/company and never received a response, so that’s disappointing. There is a beach wagon and chairs that came in handy, but again are a bit worn. There were several umbrellas, but all were stored outside and broken or had roaches on them. We bought our own nice one and put it inside in the closet for future renters. It was definitely a great location, furniture was comfy, and had most of the little things you may need. Also, there is not a tub which is helpful to know for families with kiddos! Overall it was a nice stay and suited our needs!

The house

When we finally found the house. The appearance had a nice appeal to it. When entering the property, it looked exactly like the photos, when entering the bathroom, towels on the floor sink dirty. The bedroom, when moving the comforter, we noticed the top sheet was buried way down where the feet go. We noticed hairs on the fitted sheet and Pillow. We reached out to the company and they brought us out some new sheets that had branches and dust inside finally got access to the laundry room and I had to clean the set of sheets before sleeping. The backyard, nice but it definitely needed landscaping. The walkway was uneven with the ground level, causing hazard for people to walk to the back patio. Overall, it was nice, but not for the price. If they take care of these issues I would say they could ask for the price.

Great location in siesta keys

Home is located very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Unit is a bit old, and furnishings are def worn and have seen better days (living room furniture especially) also the kitchen ware, etc. is minimal, silverware etc, what is there is very old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was a nice stay!
