About this property

Views through the trees to the ocean is what you see from this relaxing and renovated north facing tri-level townhouse. On the edge of the 9 hole golf course, you can walk 80m to the south end of beautiful pristine Mollymook Beach, the Golf Club, a great kids park, cafes and restaurants.

Comprising of two comfortable living areas, dining area, bright bathroom and ensuite, as well as a laundry with plenty of storage and an extra toilet. The newly renovated kitchen includes new appliances and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are situated upstairs with the remaining beds on the mezzanine level (unsuitable for small children). The addition of an outdoor shower and BBQ mean this property has everything you need for a great vacation including WiFi.
