2-storey non-terraced villa on the seafront, living area of approximately 135 m2, with living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 cabin and shower room. WC on each level.
Bedding: 3 160cm beds, 1 140cm sofa bed, 4 90cm beds, 1 travel cot.
Appliances: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 3 glass-ceramic cooking plates, coffee maker, toaster, washer-dryer, dishwasher, iron, TV-flat screen, DVD player, stereo CD player, vacuum.
Electric heating and auxiliary oil blower heating.
Terrace with outdoor shower, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol.
Storage garage for bikes, small trailer or windsurfers.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
The consumption of water and electricity, calculated on meter readings and supplier tariffs (Count approximately between 30 and 60 € per week depending on consumption), are paid upon departure.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) is not provided.
The house must be left clean on the day of departure. Possibilities to request a cleaning service to be paid on site (75 €).

Sehr gute Lage und perfekte Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser großzügigen Unterkunft, die über eine ruhige Lage verfügt mit direktem Blick aufs Meer und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Zu erwähnen ist auch die nette Nachbarschaft. Viel Schatten bei dem Haus, somit kann man die große Terrasse auch im Sommer viel nutzen. Kontakt mit Vermieter lief sehr gut. Ausstattung für uns perfekt: Internetverbindung sehr schnell; alle Zimmer mit neuer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Garage im Haus mit viel Platz zur Lagerung von Wassersportgeräten / Fahrrädern.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer

Bis auf die hohe Feuchtigkeit im Haus, die durch die direkte Lage am Meer bedingt war und eventuell Jahreszeit war alles wie erwartet.

Vue sur la mer

On a bien profité de la vue sur la mer et la terrasse. La maison est ancienne et très grande. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Vue magnifique et les pieds dans l'eau.

Situation idéale de la maison, pratique et fonctionnelle. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire ainsi que la personne chargée de l'accueil. La maison est bien équipée et la literie est bonne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Maison ancienne un peu fraîche en automne

Nous avons apprécié sa situation en bord de mer et son équipement au top! Temps idéal en cette saison avec peu de vent. La falaise fait écran au soleil à l'automne et le chauffage électrique est insuffisant. Heureusement le chauffage au pétrole nous a réchauffés! Accueil très sympathique de Claire à noter. Merci pr ce séjour hors du temps

Magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la maison, proximité de la plage, grande terrasse autour de la maison idéale avec de jeunes enfants. Possibilité de prendre les repas sur cette terrasse.

Pour les amoureux de la simplicité.

Séjour tres agréable. Vue magique au bord de la jetée : apéros du soir face à la mer avec ses changements de couleurs au fil des heures dans une petite rue tres peu empruntée en juin car tout au bout du village. Grande maison, fonctionnelle et bien achalandée de divers ustensiles qui facilitent la cuisine. On a beaucoup aimé son charme des maisons de bord de mer des années 50 et son côté simple mais confortable ! Belles ballades à faire, sur la falaise, sur la grande plage de 8 km de long. Claire, qui nous a accueillis est charmante, tres sympathique et serviable. Merci à elle aussi ... Même nos chiens ont apprécié la terrasse spacieuse et fermée ! Si on peut, on reviendra avec plaisir.

une superbe semaine à la Franqui

Un logement conforme à la description, spacieux et très agréable. vue imprenable. Très bien équipé. très confortable pour 2 familles + Enfants. Nous y retournerons ! Propriétaire très sérieux. Accueil sympathique. Et La Franqui... j'adore :-) Seul mini bémol: l'insonorisation entre l'étage et les pièces de vie car la cage d'escalier est ouverte. Pour le reste, du sans faute!
