Located right off of I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway, you will find easy access to shops, restaurants, and on-site, world class golf.

This luxurious home offers two full living areas downstairs, with a large cable TV to enjoy together with your family. Throughout the home, you will find plush mattresses for a perfect nights sleep, a game room stocked with a pool table and foosball table for some friendly competition, and TVs throughout the home for everyone to enjoy. With a fully stocked kitchen, you will be able to cook meals for your entire family without hassle. Also downstairs, you'll find the master ensuite, beautifully decorated with a garden tub to enjoy and soak the day away.

Heading upstairs, you'll find the remaining five bedrooms and four bathrooms, all decorated to match! With two bedrooms for the adults hosting the king and queen beds, and the remaining bedrooms hosting twin beds for the little ones to enjoy, each guest will enjoy a sense of privacy during their stay in this fantastic property! Be sure to explore all that Providence Resort has to offer, as all amenities are included with your stay! With a community lap pool, pool with slides, sports courts, a playground, restaurant, gift shop, and fitness center, there's an activity for everyone to love.

* Starting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 , Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay. After that Providence will be charging each short-term rental guest (per person) $10.00 per day, or $40.00 per week to use the Association’s common area recreational facilities (Community Pool and Gym). That fee should be paid at the Clubhouse Front Desk in the time of using the amenities. There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee

Great beds

Reviewer Comments: We rent a house from Florida Spirit every year This house has the best beds we have had in a rental. You will definitely sleep well. Problem with these rentals are pool heat only 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (while we are at the parks so the hot tub is absolutely useless in the winter months. It wont get warm at all. No point in paying extra for a rental property with hit tub unless it is summer or spring. So if you rent in summer or spring this is a great house with plenty of room and bathrooms. Another problem is location. You are looking at at least an hour traffic jam every day to get to Disney.

Spa didn’t work for the first 2 days but management got it fixed and it was great for the rest of our stay. House had minimal kitchen supplies so could use some additions there. This house needs care!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 10--needing 6 bedrooms, many bathrooms and a pool. We rented from this company before and everything was fantastic. Unfortunately we found many shortcomings.The garbage cans for the house were still filled from the last renters. The games room was not clean--unlevel pool table & pool sticks we fixed with glue. One bedroom was not usable with 2 broken beds and a note they would not be fixed while we were there.Kitchen was not well supplied-un-usable fry pans chipped dishes-broken chairs. Laundry room was hot and lint everywhere. We found disconnected dryer hose. Also found the air filters looked like they were never changed. WE changed them ourselves. The trim etc was quite bad with dirt the corners. No need to say more.Someone decided to refund us $168. WowWE were here for a family vacation and we had a great time. Unfortunately we will no longer be recommending Florida Spirit. All they had to do was stop by and see us.

Xmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two families travelling travelling to the area for a Christmas vacation. House was great as we were wanting to split days between the parks and other activities so the location was good. Pmayed a couple of rounds of golf on the estate course and they were extremely welcoming. House was clean and as described, it had everything needed for the house. If being overly critical I would have liked specific pool towels provided for guests as well as bath towels. Management company was great, we had a minor issue getting into the home but they resolved it quickly once we had notified them

Family vacation

As per the reviews I read most are accurate. The place does get hot in the bedrooms if the door don't stay open. Needs to have enough silverware and updated cookware for a party of 12 if that's how many it say it sleeps. Furniture needs a major update its cheap and you feel like you will break it. There was one decent couch in the dining area. I wish the pool heat could be turned off on hot days. we were able to use it for the first 4 but the last 3 it was way to hot with Temps in the 80s. We loved the pool and hot tub otherwise. Best part of the stay. Garage area was smelly and pool table is cheap Foosball table was ok. I loved that everyone had a bathroom the place was very big and we had no problems with all of us. I would definitely stay here again but not sure during the hot season because the ac temp is not to be set below 74 and with the open space it is hard to cool. Maybe someone else can comment on that.
