The house has its own private pool to enjoy maximum sunlight, the perfect scene to sit and relax with a drink in your hand. When you are not outside by the pool. There will be a $36.75/day additional (Minimum 3 days) for pool heating

Available amenities such as bed linen & towels for up to 8 guest, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, free wireless internet, smoke detectors, heating, pets accepted under request, private parking, no parties are allowed after 10 pm, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, designated smoking area, first aid kit, medical emergency contact, enhanced cleaning practices, contactless check-in and checkout is available., staff follow all safety protocols from local authorities, linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authorities guidelines, plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware sanitized, high touch surfaces disinfected, 3x shower, 2x separate toilet area, 3x lamp, 5x smart tv, 2x pair of twin beds, 4x extra pillows and blankets, 2x family property theme, 2x ceiling fan, 2x hanger, 2x king size bed, night tables, hangers, 2x private bathroom, night table, leather sofa, double sofa, pool towels, reading lamp, dining table, stove, microwave, toaster, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, breakfast bar and stools, blender.

A pool can be heated for an extra fee $35/day (Minimum for 3 days)


Pets are allowed upon host confirmation and the fee is $150/pet per stay
Maximum 3 pets allowed
It is also based on information about the breed, large breeds are restricted to one pet. Guest can have 3 pets of a small breed.

There is a BBQ in-house, it will have an extra charge of $63 which includes a propane tank and the cleaning. You can bring your own propane tank If you prefer it would be only $26.25 for extra cleaning of the BBQ.
***There will be $21 delivery charges for the propane gas tank***

Rental Guest Fee: (APPLICABLE FROM MAY 1st)
A guest fee of $10 is applicable for each guest.
Please note that this fee is only required if guests intend to utilize the community facilities.

Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of the pool & gym during their stay

Each short-term guest will have the option to pay a weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (Guests will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).

Guests can pay this fee directly to the clubhouse front desk.

Usage Fee Clarification:
This fee specifically pertains to access to the pool and gym facilities.
However, the usage of the tennis court and playground is complimentary and does not incur any additional charges.

Children's Policy:
Children under the age of 16 can enjoy access to the pool and gym facilities at no extra charge.
It's important to note that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using these amenities.

Optional Fee Waiver:
Guests who do not wish to use the community facilities are not obligated to pay the rental guest fee.
