Welcome to Ocean Breeze 7007!

If you're looking for the ultimate location to experience Hilton Head Island, you've found it. Just a 10-minute walk from the stunning beach, and within easy reach of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and over 12 world-class golf courses, this villa offers unparalleled convenience and comfort.

Situated in a peaceful end unit, you'll enjoy privacy with no neighbors above or to one side. The thoughtfully designed floor plan features two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with its own private bathroom. An additional half-bath is located on the main level. For extra guests, the loft area includes an oversized chair that converts into a twin bed, and the family room has a full-size sleeper sofa. The loft overlooks the airy living area, which boasts 20-foot ceilings and two large skylights that flood the space with natural light.

The villa is equipped with three large flat-screen TVs (including a smart 55" TV in the family room), cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparation easy, and a full-size washer and dryer add to the convenience.

This property is dog-friendly; however, there is a size restriction of 50lbs or less. The pet fee is $125.00 and there is a refundable pet deposit of $250.00 pending no damage to the villa.

Located off South Forest Beach, Ocean Breeze is perfectly positioned for exploring Coligny Plaza, known for its excellent dining, shopping, and live music. Enjoy the lively atmosphere at the Tiki Hut, located at Coligny Beach, or venture to nearby Sea Pines for a visit to Harbor Town, the iconic lighthouse, and the renowned Salty Dog Café. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the courts right outside your back door.

For easy beach access, follow the paved bike path from the southwest corner of the Treetops complex. This will lead you directly to Alder Lane beach access, just a short road crossing away. The entrance features public restrooms, showers, and the Loggerhead Restaurant and Bar for your convenience.

My wife and I and our two dogs had a great stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean upon our arrival- great job by the cleaners! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Vacation close to the beach

Very organized, quaint, corner villa convenient parking, spacious, very clean with options for additional pillows of different levels of firmness, blankets, well equipped kitchen, close to the finest neach in Hilton head which is the Coligny, and an adjacent tennis court for pickleball and tennis players. Villa is strategically located to everything you need to see and do.

Home away from home in Hilton Head

We live at the Jersey Shore and wanted to see what Hilton Head had to offer. This property was fantastic with location to beach, shopping and food venues. The property was clean well furnished and the layout worked for us. Parking was easy and we enjoyed using the tennis court and pool. We definitely want to return to the island.

Great Stay as Always

This was our second stay at this location and it again exceeded our expectations. Great location and the condition of the property was wonderful. We had a minor issue with one of the carpets, but maintenance straightened it out quickly. Communication was straight forward and prompt. Would recommend to others and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and found the Villa to meet our needs perfectly. The location within the complex as well as proximity to the beach and bike trails was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, cutlery, pots and pans. We enjoyed using the outdoor electric grill too.

First Visit HHI

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay on HHI. The location was excellent; 15 minute walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to Coligny. The unit was clean, the living room and bedroom areas were generous for the four of us. The kitchen was small, but it was not a problem. We would definitely stay here or in this area again.

Annual Trip to HHI

We've stayed at Tree Tops for 5 years in a row and love the location, this condo is in a great location. Great layout with master up and 2nd down. Nicely decorated, and some updates have been made. We had electrical issues and fridge wasn't working. Repairs were made within two days of stay. This condo is in need of updating in kitchen and bathrooms. They did have plenty of beach chairs, wagon, toys to use! Great location and layout but needs some love...

Beach Vacay

We enjoyed our stay, the home was adequate and well equipped, everything worked well but the ceiling fans (new batteries maybe?) it was a short walk to the beach, pool is clean and close by, so we enjoyed that also. Concerns were that we saw palmetto bugs in the house, just one or two and it upset our granddaughter. The other odd thing was that while in the condo, we all felt stuffy headed and got headaches, which cleared up whenever we left and went out to the beach or dinner. So needless to say we didn’t sleep well and we looked for ways and reasons to leave the house. Not sure if it is due to cleaners used or whatever, but none of us are generally allergic or sensitive to average things.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, unfortunately this was the week for tree trimming and the noise was excessive. The unit is in need up some updating from the 80's.. Kitchen, bathrooms are way out of style although everything is working. the master bath tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor. Fixture is seperated from the wall. Lower level has some very soft spots in the floor that feel like they are about to give out. Pillows were very used... We almost when out and bought our own pillows, they were that bad. This was our second year in a row at this location and it will be our last. We had hoped that some updated would have happened. Patio furniture is a joke.

Our rental was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the tennis courts right outside the unit and walking the grounds. We were also appreciative that we could bring our dog. The location a couple of blocks from the beach was ideal, and close to many great restaurants as well. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. We would certainly stay at this location again.

Fun weekend

Had opportunity to go to HHI for some golf and food. Nice central location with easy parking and access to condo. Bedrooms both have bath and are nicely spread out with one up and one down. Back of condo complex so only view is parking lot but we did not spend much time there so not a problem. Walk to beach is fine if just walking, a little long if carting stuff to stay on bench but doable.
