Poolside Beach Villa 2 bed 2 & one half bath-Pet Friendly

Pride of ownership shows throughout this newly renovated villa and includes everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Walk to the beach and enjoy near new accommodations in this pet friendly poolside villa. With two spacious bedrooms and two and one half baths, there is room for everyone to spread out. The bedrooms boast a private deck overlooking the pool and with a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in bedroom two. Pet fee is $195.

Everything you need is here including the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" including 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and new kitchen amenities, salt, pepper, cooking spray and season salt.

The living area creates a great entertaining space with a large Smart TV, Queen sofa that converts to a queen bed and access to the outdoor patio. The Master Suite includes a luxurious King bed, Smart TV, attached bath with walk-in shower with a rain shower head with handheld spray wand and access to the private balcony overlooking the pool, fountain and lush greenery. The guest suite offers a Queen bed, Smart TV, and attached private balcony with a view of the pool. Both bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobe door closets. The kitchen features all new upgraded stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook those gourmet meals. With a washer and dryer in the unit, laundry is easy. With a Smart TV in both bedrooms and the living room, everyone can enjoy their own TV when they aren't basking in the sun. There are even board games available for your downtime entertainment. This Villa has Free WiFi, high speed internet, 24 hour check-in and is pet friendly so no one has to stay home. Make it your Island Oasis with three pools on site, tennis courts, bike paths and walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza.

Pools are open from April 1 through October 31 and are not heated.

Great dog friendly condo close to the beach

This condo was the perfect home base for my husband and I along with another couple and our dogs. Convenient location to the beach and pool. We appreciated that they left beach towels and a wagon for beach supplies!

Nice Vacay

It was a lovely place, spacious, and clean. Hospitality was fantastic and Eric and Rob were quick to respond. We walked to the beach which was about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the smart TVs for streaming our shows. It was cozy and we had a great time. We plan to revisit in the near future!

Wonderful stay!

This is a perfect little property— very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants. We traveled with our small dogs and we loved having them with us. We were able to walk them down to the beach which takes less than 10 min. The host was accommodating and very responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Had a few issues upon arrival, reached out to our host who was extremely responsive and apologetic. All issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Unit it walking distance to Coligny plaza and beach. Complex has a lot of dogs, which is why we rented there.

Fantastic location in a beautifully renovated spacious villa

We loved this beautifully decorated, spacious villa with lots of windows surrounded by lush greenery. Wonderful upper and lower decks overlooking the pool and lagoon. Bike parking just outside the front door made it easy to bike to the beach everyday. So appreciated the wagon for hauling things from our car and to the beach. Very well stocked with everything you need and lots of extra storage in kitchen and bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious 2 BR ground level condo close to the beach

What a nicely renovated condo! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The kitchen and appliances were so nice. The beach is close and there's a large cart for your beach supplies was a welcome addition. Out the sliders and you're right near the pool and fountain. Highly recommended.

My family had to evacuate the Augusta area due to damage from Hurricane Helene. How ironic to evacuate to the coast! The place was nice but needs a deep cleaning. The walk with all the luggage was a trek but we utilized the cart at the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful villa in the heart of Hilton Head

We absolutely loved our stay here this past week. This villa is a gem! The complex is close to everything including restaurants, the beach and shopping. The hosts, Rob and Eric, were communicative and responsive to any questions I had. They even left me a personal note and some yummy treats upon my arrival! The shower in the master bedroom en suite was spacious and spa like. The pool directly behind the unit was clean and refreshing. I am so happy that we found our new go-to villa in Hilton Head and plan to come back in the fall!

We love the location. Inside was very nice however the inside needs to be sprayed for bugs. The area around the whole complex needs upkeeping big time. There are ants and ant holes around the pool. The location is perfect and the Property Manager was very responsive, couldn’t ask for better. A nice little gift of snacks and water was a nice touch

We had the loveliest stay here. It was myself, my husband, our two kids under two, my in-laws and the dogs. When we arrived the apartment was perfectly clean and had sweet welcome goodies. The beach cart was so helpful with getting to the beach for sunrise each day. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad-maybe about ten minutes. Very close to AWESOME parks for the kids, restaurants, shops, etc and great communication with the host. The complex itself needs a little work (wood rot and loose nails on the walkways) but is overall lovely. Definitely recommend!

I booked this rental on a very last minute decided getaway, and I was so thrilled when I arrived. It was so much larger than I was expecting, but it was quiet and dog friendly. The bed was comfortable and overall clean. Some dog hair on the floor was left behind but that’s the least of my worries. I appreciated the beach towels and the little beach snacks that were left upon arrival. I would definitely come back and stay here again. My only complaint was signage on finding this condo. The directions provided were good in regards on where to park, but walking from the parking lot, down a walkway path, and down a sidewalk was unclear. I would have appreciated a little more signage directing the 6100’s vs 7100’s etc. it was a bit of a walk with luggage, dogs, cooler, add the steps on the walkway. I managed just fine but others may find it a bit more difficult. Definitely not a deal breaker for me, but just be aware. Thanks for a great getaway and I will be sure to return!

14 minute walk to beach

This place was pretty much perfect for us traveling with pets. The condo looks newly updated - there is some warping in the floors downstairs. It is a short walk to the beach (on the non busy end!) via one of the bike/walking trails (lister - this would be handy to mark on the site map provided as it took us a walk around the complex to find.) There are multiple pools on the property if you are traveling in the summer. The bathrooms could have been cleaner (hair in drawers, toothpaste built up on faucets, mold in showers) and it would have been nice to have the outdoor furniture hosed off of pollen. Beds are comfy, and the hot water doesn’t seem to run out, which is nice if you’re traveling with multiple people. The complex itself is very pretty and nice for dog walking.
