Guest & Resort Access:
Guests have access to Myrtlewood Golf Resort amenities, including the community pool. Magnolia Place is ideally located near Broadway at the Beach, local shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Public beach access is just minutes away for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing. Please note some amenities, including pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and are subject to availability.

Guests must be at least 25 years old.
We do not rent to locals.
A signed rental agreement and a copy of the driver's license are required to complete your booking.

Cancellations incur a $150 fee plus applicable security deposit and booking fees. Refund policies depend on timing of cancellation.

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
