Terrible
This place is falsely advertised, property manager is horrible at communicating also bring your own shovel or else you cannot park your cars and have to walk 1.4 miles to Stater Joe’s. And you’ll have to drive 10mins to dump trash!

Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.
