All Decked Out features several decks around the house that capture picture perfect views of the lake! From the moment guests walk in, the warm colors and textures of the home draw you in to relax with the people closest to you. The first level features a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom, containing a bathtub/shower combo and a vanity with plenty of counter space for guests to get ready. Two additional bedrooms on this level feature a queen bed in one and a twin-over-full bunk-bed in the other, with access to a back deck overlooking the backyard. On the second level you will find the marvelous master suite with a very spacious en-suite bathroom containing a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a built-in seating area. Some notable features of this room include a cozy reading nook, a grand walk-in closet, and a stunning view of Canyon Lake from the back deck access off of the room. Each bedroom is provided with comfortable linens for guests to rest-up for their lake vacation. Also provided is a full-sized washer and dryer in a separate mudroom for your convenience.

As soon as guests come upstairs, they are greeted by natural light pooling into the room, showing off the beautiful views once again! The wood flooring leads you right into the living room with a huge leather sofa for all of your guests to cozy in by the fireplace and watch a movie on the flatscreen. Heading out of the living room, the open-floor concept brings you into the kitchen. Offering all the necessities guests may need, including a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. The breakfast bar seating tucked just outside of the kitchen makes for a perfect place for people to socialize between the kitchen and the living room. More seating can also be found at the dining table just off the kitchen and living room. Looking to grill for your meal? The outdoor grill and kitchenette located on the second-level deck make it easy to move food from the grill to the dining table, minimizing the time it takes to get to your stomach! Be sure to grab your coffee in the morning from the adorable coffee bar and walk out right onto the back deck to take in those breathtaking views from a comfortable rocking chair.

Outside, guests will find a private backyard with a huge red dinosaur sculpture! This is great fun for guests of all ages and definitely something to write home about. Guests can also gather around the fire pit at night to make memories with friends while taking in the lake breeze.

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in
boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.
