If you are looking for a family to stay in peace and tranquility, this would be your ideal destination. The property is located right at the main road with a beautiful entrance giving a grand entry to the property.
Upon entering the property you are greeted by beautiful views of lush green lawn and a glimpse of the alluring Georgian Bay. There are 5 decent-sized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people. There are 2 full baths (1 at each level) at the property. The lower level is a walkout to the backyard and the pool area. The lower-level bedrooms have enough light during the sunlight periods of the day.
The backyard area is furnished with outdoor furniture both by the pool and in the lawn area overlooking the landscape. Sip your morning tea/ coffee with breathtaking views of the lake at a distance from the balcony. Peace-loving neighbours make it a great spot to enjoy serene surroundings. The beautiful sunlit living and dining area make your family lunches and dinners equally enjoyable!

**IMPORTANT**
SWIMMING POOL:
The first side of the pool is 3-three feet deep and the second side is 8-eight feet deep [labeled outside the pool]. Adult LIFE JACKETS will be provided to you but there will be no lifeguard at the property (bring your own children's lifejackets). Be careful with seniors, children & people with disabilities. PLEASE GO TO THE SWIMMING POOL AT YOUR OWN RISK (especially if you do not know swimming).

POND NEARBY:
DO NOT use the pond by the right side as that is NOT part of our property, that is the neighbor's property and you must stay within the boundaries with respect to our neighborhood policy.

SMOKING:
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind/vaping/cannabis use is allowed at our property.

SECURITY CAMERAS:
We have one security camera on the front porch and one facing the garage. They will be on during your stay. Please note, that we DO NOT have any security cameras indoors or anywhere else on the property. We respect the privacy of our guests. Any questions, please contact us thank you.

GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY AT VILLA-JASMINE:
NO EXCEPTIONS MADE. We request that you please be mindful of our ‘Good Neighbor Policy’ listed here & welcome emails, such as NO excessive noise, NO fireworks, NO illegal parking, or anything that may violate policy or interfere with our neighbor's peaceful enjoyment of their community. Our property is located within the residential area so PLEASE be respectful of the community & residents.

NOISE:
NO EXCEPTIONS MADE. There is privacy around the property, but the noise travels far more than expected. Please take a serious note of the noise/ sound systems. There are neighbors on all sides of this property and those properties are NOT on short-term rentals. They have called previously and may call the police officials if the music is too loud and disturbs their regular day-to-day activities. We as hosts will not be responsible for any action taken by the officials against the guests/residents on that day.
1. NO outdoor speakers and loud music
2. Not too loud/please keep decent volume inside the property.

FIREWORKS:
NO EXCEPTIONS MADE. Absolutely, NO fireworks are allowed at our property, Villa-Jasmine. Police officials will be called to the property, and guests will be responsible for the consequences. Also, the fireworks can damage the lining of the swimming pool and it can be costly for us to replace.

Tis' the Season! Enjoy the early leaves drifting from the tree & Fall colors arriving with a warm cup of coffee or pumpkin lattes with a gorgeous garden and lake views from our cottage. We are now accepting Fall & Winter season bookings. Book through Airbnb to reserve your spot at our cozy cottage to celebrate pumpkin carving, and Halloween & enjoy the beautiful view of changing Fall colors from our cottage!
