River's Reach, Bright

Located on the Northern side of the Ovens River in a quiet street, Rivers Reach is the perfect base for your Alpine adventure.
Rivers Reach is easy walking distance to town, with the Ovens River and Centenary park at the back gate.
This three-bedroom home is set on a good size block, with a spacious, well fenced yard and plenty of room for the whole family.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
BEDROOM 1 – 1 x King bed, reverse cycle air con, TV & ensuite
BEDROOM 2 – 1 X Queen bed, reverse cycle air con, built in robe
BEDROOM 3 – 1 x single bunk

All linen and towels provided.

*There is a pull-out sofa bed off the loungeroom. If you require this for your stay you must request this upon booking so linen can be organised. If it is requested last minute it may not be possible.*

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to cook up a storm, with electric cooking, dishwasher and butler style pantry.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Two living areas with free Foxtel and Wifi make Rivers Reach comfortable for the whole family. The main living room is set up with leather sofas, Blu- Ray player and TV.

Across the property, there are three reverse cycle units, one in the living area and two of the bedrooms. There are wool blankets for each bed stored in the wardrobes to cater for those cold winter nights. Both Bathrooms have heaters

BATHROOMS
There is an ensuite and a second bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet.

LAUNDRY
Guests have access to laundry facilities, with a washing machine, clothes dryer and a clothes airer.

OUTDOORS
The covered patio area overlooking the grassy yard has an outdoor setting for 6 as well as gas BBQ perfect for the summer nights. Well fenced back yard.
Please no smoking indoors or near open windows and doors.

PARKING
There is undercover parking and of course a shed, making this property cycle friendly.

perfect holiday home with all comforts

love this holiday home which is specious and has lots of space for kids to enjoy. bonus surprise was Netflix and Amazon Prime available to watch and kids love it. home proximity to all shops and restaurants which made our stay more pleasant.

Nice big back yard which was great for our dog, and very easy access to the centre of Bright. Recommended.

Snow Trip Accomodation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is great and we’ve stayed in this property several times now, but this time the hot water was quite bad. There is only enough hot water for about one two minute shower, we’ve not had this experience in other stays at the property, it’s like the hot water system is on its last legs and needs replacing. Does put a bit of a damper on the stay. But otherwise it’s great.

Renter Beware - No Advertised Wifi

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well located, clean and comfortable. The information on the website stated wifi and this was not correct. We could not even get the router provided to connect with the designated hub so future renters beware. It was also disappointing the property agency stipulates in its information at the house that they are not interested in this issue which to me is a copout. I would recommend the property if the advertised wifi was available but to me this was misrepresentation in the agencies offer to rent the property.

Clean and big backyard

Clean house and very close to cafes/bars, shops and walking trails. Happy be at the back to stretch after a hike, read a book, enjoy the tree or just plain relax. Hapoy to visit again. Recommended to visitors of all ages. Thank you BH for our stay.

Beautiful bright stay

Kids bunk room was a bit small and hot but they slept in the main living with the split system.
